It took almost one hour to receive the keys to our room, even if there were 3 employees at the reception desk, they were really slow. Please make it faster.

I didn't like the twin beds although it was my choice,

I liked everything, mostly, the staff was just adorable, and very friendly, I got sick and they were very sweet to send me some food in my room, the spa is lovely, overall very cool

- staff (when we arrived on hotel they said we had to pay more 900 euro for our stay, because reservation of suite which we booked on booking.com was only for 2 persons. After some discussions with manager it appeared that we need to pay only 250 euro more. It was weird to be in such situation, because we almost payed 900 euro more and in booking.com filters I selected room for 4 persons, so that was possible they charged us 250 euro for no reason. Also when I proposed to pay 80% of bill now and pay 20% tomorrow reception guy refused it and demanded us to pay 100% on check in. Both situations showed lack of competence of staff - no mini disco and animations for kids - security safe is not included in bill

- location is ok, need to use local bus to go to Blanes (10-15 mins), but hotel is located a few mins from beach on foot - room was good (suite) - food was good. But suprised they did not have much sea fruits - spa (big pool, jacuzzi, saunas and beginning of September was not crowded at all)

No English signage for buffet chef not helpful. Needed taxi to go to the train station public bus service in this area poor. We used small train to go into Blanes.

The waiting time at the reception was sometimes too long. The receptionists are fast and efficient, but a bit understaffed. The cleaning of the room was sometimes good, but sometimes forgotten. The bacon and sausages in the breakfast could be replaced with higher quality meat.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beach while also quiet. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet was very good value for money. The spa was very good. The fitness center was good. Staff are super friendly and the secure bicycle storage was excellent. There are even bike tools there in case a repair is needed.

Upgraded to the superior room which was nice and spacious. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pool area is lovely with a good mix of shade and sunny spots. Lovely walk into town via the sea front which takes approximately 15-20 mins. It only takes about 2-3 mins to walk to the beach.

Some of the waiting staff were not particularly enthusiastic. Two days running the house cleaning staff left too few towels.

Good location, near the beach, decent pool area. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, dinner was also good.

- long waiting times at the reception when you check in and if you want to ask for info; - in the room the doors to the WC are kind of see-through; - automatic light on the balcony goes off at 00.00, if you wish to sleep earlier without closing the curtains it’s disturbing; - breakfast from 8, from 7.00 or 7.30 would be perfect;

- friendly staff; - clean both in the hotel and in the rooms; - great selection at breakfast and dinner and no queue for food; - after 23.00 it's quiet; - room 711 has beautiful view; - couple minutes walking from the beach;

Towels left on beds and then not used all day. Very frustrating when you stick to the rules of not doing this. Needs enforcement

Squeaky and hard mattress,old room.Long queues for the coffe in the morning.A lot of people on the dinners and lunches-sometimes you need to wait ,when the table will be free.When live music in the hotel,in the rooms near by swimming pool you can hear songs untill 00:00.If you have early flight-no possible to sleep,like in our case.

A very cosy hotel in a close proximity to seaside. Clean, nice, comfortable. Delicious food, good restaurant, daily cleaning. A kind team at reception. Almost everything was good. But the impression was spoiled by behaviour of some waitresses at the restaurant and dirty dishes and glasses from the dishwashers.

They stated they had a safe amongst their facilities but failed to mention that you have to pay extra for this. I can expect that from hostels but it’s the 1st time I hear of that in a hotel. Very disappointing. Parking is also not free. Some of the receptionists were not very helpful nor friendly. Location is a bit out of the town centre but close to the beach. Nearby hotel had loud entertainment until late at night.

Spacious room and nice decor. The room was clean and the balcony is very convenient for drying off wet swimsuits. Breakfast was good value for money. Nice cocktails in the bar and the staff was friendly.
