The music around the pool during the day prevented us from relaxing as much as we’d liked.

One day in the morning we had no water. It was fixed fast enough. Expect this everything was fine.

There is nothing I can say we disliked about this property !

We absolutely loved this property! From the amazing facilities , room , view from the balcony and especially the staff there. We were met by a lovely lady on reception who accommodated our late check out request and everyone we came across had a beaming smile. Cannot fault this place, will definitely stay here every time we come back .

Nothing fabulous location. Didn’t get a chance to taste the food here as I was self catering but the staff are very attentive to your needs.

So clean and friendly staff. Facilities are really good and your not too far from the main strip in Bossa. recommend booking with these guys as the rooms are sooo big & spacious. Stayed before the season started and would come back.

Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. The reception is covered quite a long time. Large spacious rooms. Incl. bathtub. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Beautiful sunrise views from the balcony. Highly recommendable

Fantastic in the off season. Great location, cheap bus ride from the airport, walking distance or bus to Ibiza Town. Great twin room with small kitchen.

The parking lot was a bit tight, but the main problem was the parking by other guests rather than anything the hotel could control. Likewise, Monday morning at 8 a.m., loud construction work started but again this is not the hotel's fault. I was there November 2023, so I suppose it will be completed within the month.

The rooms were large with wonderful natural light (but appropriate curtains to block it when needed). As a tall person, having a bed I could fit in was an amazing plus. The kitchen was great with coffee machine (with little Nespresso capsules, they only give you two but you can buy them at a supermarket), kettle, microwave, fridge, and dishes and cups. Unlike the rest of the lodgings in that area, this one had a garden that provided some buffer from the density of the neighborhood.

Advertised Bar and Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This only opened for breakfast. I went 1st November 23 Not one shop open with in a half hour walk. Only one bar open near the hotel which lucky for me served food. No local supermarkets open Had to travel 50 minute walk into ibiza town 20 minutes on the bus to find shops open and people about

The hotel is good and very clean. The staff on reception were excellent as we're the cleaning staff. Would be a great place to stay in summer season

The wifi in My Way rooms could be better as sometimes we lose the connections.

The property was beautiful and it was so close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We also greatly appreciate the room upgrade and the extra sweet room decorations and free cake as it was our anniversary holiday. All the staff was really great.

Location was fine for a once off but would recommend renting a car or staying in Palma City if no car Did rent a scooter one day (plenty of rental places nearby) and was able to see beaches around island
