You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe staff are extremely friendly and happy to help with any enquiries I had, the location is close to the Yumbo centre and a 15min walk to the beach. The bungalow was very modern, nice bathroom and a good tv with plenty of chanels to choose from, the outside terrace was really nice with sun lounger and table with chairs, the outside lighting was a nice finish too. My maid was in most days with fresh towels and to clean the bungalow, always polite and really funny even helping with some spanish too 🙂

ItalyThe bar by the pool has a really limited offer a la carte. The housekeeping was possible just in the morning and often we were sleeping, so we ended the vacation with cleaning of the room did only 1 time.
The bungalow are fully renovated, the room is very spacious and absolutely well organized. People at the reception are super professionals and really kind.

SwitzerlandRight when I arrived on 7 February 2024 at Bungalow 7, I walked into a mess. The toilet was filthy with urine stains, which was just the beginning. Everywhere was dirty - hair on the floors, a greasy kitchen and a dirty fridge. The staff didn't do much to help, just made excuses. Showering was a gamble with it flipping from hot to cold, and the curtains and towels were dirty and spotted with mold. It was so bad, I had to check out early.
