You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice, clean and spacious appartment. Comfortable bed, good Wifi. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Central heating works very well. Nice terrace. Bakery just accross the street.

NetherlandsThe only possible negative is that we only found one tiny convenience store and one café/restaurant in Camarasa. The café, Con Per, is very good but not always open in the evening.
Quiet, clean, tidy, great air conditioning, ground floor, great outlook from the terrace, responsive, helpful host.

Israel2 things have a room for improvement: 1. Checking process is awkward. Other places send you a code to keybox and you send them a photos of passport. Here we were required to meet hosts in person, forced to write down all the details manually (time-wasting) and then they took a pictures of passports... 2. All was clean except bathroom. It was strong smell of urine and mildew there. We cleaned the floor and the shower with wet rug. And we washed all towels in the washing maching. Then the smell has gone.
We stayed at Cal Bar 5 nights in Sep-2022. Hosts are warm welcoming, They were flexible with us when we changed arrival time. Facilities are awesome. So cute to have romantic candles and matches provided! The balcony is awesome, so pleasant to have a breakfast or a tea with view to the river and the mountains.
