No Sound proofing at all! You can very well hear the neighbor taking a shower or going to the toilet. Parking is not comfortable and far away.

In real life looks much better than on the photos. A basic gym is available.

breakfast: what was supposed to be hot (eggs, bacon, ...) was completely cold, the microwave was not working. The juices tasted very chemical.

The main waiter at the hotel was very helpful and polite. He recommended the wine with our meal and it was excellent. The pool is lovely. The gentleman at checkout was also very lovely and made the process very simple.

This was a very comfortable stay with the bonus of a swimming pool. Breakfast wasn’t included but was cheap and substantial. Location was perfect as we were there to watch a concert at the local venue.

it has a pool. I was there two days in 30plus temperatures. no body in the pool. then when you read all the rules to get in the pool it makes some sense. little things like you need your own towel etc. I was on a city break with a cabin bag.

Hotel room was really outdated. Room’s balcony was dirty and there was a wasp nest under the table! Pool wasn’t cleaned in days as it was really dirty. Far from four star rating.

Hotel’s common rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well.

Not that I didn't like it, but don't expect much from this hotel at this price. It is good value for money for the skiing season, but you can see it is getting old. It definitely was pretty awesome back in the day, ground floor looks like it has some history. Perhaps best if you are driving, as there aren't many attractions/restaurants around the hotel as the area is bit old school with some industrial complexes

I like that the parking was somewhat easy to find. Good place to sleep. Mercadona is 4 minutes away on a car if you need to pick up things before you set off anywhere. About 40 minutes drive to Sierra Nevada which is pretty good. A good pick if you don't want to stay around Sierra Nevada as those hotels are expensive and it seems there isn't much to do in the evening in that area so you will end up driving to Granada anyways.

The hotel is situated in a calm area of Granada, 10 min drive from the city center and there is a bus that passes by the hotel. It has a nice restaurant and adorable staff. Sitting at the area of the pool at night is a blessing. The beds are very comfortable.

An older staff member wasn’t very nice. Never friendly or smiled. Small drink measures and terrible attitude. He showed us the menu and everything was very expensive. Then I found out there’s another menu del dia which was 18€ for 3 courses. Kids menu 15€ . We should have been offered both menus from the start. There was a younger member of staff called Juanma who was delightful and very helpful. The pool was dirty. It could have been cleaned in 10mins. Bed linen cheap and not 4* quality.

The pool was pretty but dirty and no life guard or staff around atall. Large area and lovely decor. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choice was good overall but English breakfast ie beans bacon sausages etc was cold. No sliced bread only rolls for toast and no English breakfast teabags. Not good value for money. Downstairs communal toilets were very dirty with no paper! Not a good impression

Rooms were cool, large, dark and reasonably quiet. Pool was clean and tidy. Food in restaurant for the evening was great. Hotel was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful.

our room was on the 1st floor and the receptionist called us to stop showering because water was leaking on the kitchen ceiling below us, but he didn’t propose any other solution such as changing the room. it s not a 4star room (2-3 stars max), quite noisy -1st floor at least. parking fee 6 euros, but you have to exit the hotel, get out on the street and turn around 50 m (usually not an issue, but not at all easily accessible). poor breakfast selection

Unfortunately, there was only one towel in the room, stains on the bedsheets and the breakfast was very poor. There was an extremely large group of Spanish OAPs who took up the whole dining room with very little manners, only one waiter every morning and some of the food wasn't just bad but inedible, such as gone-off eggs, serrano ham that had discoloured and freezing cold food even at 7:30 when it had just opened!

The location was very good for what we needed. There is a mercadona supermarket next to it and easy access to motorway. Free toiletries including toothbrushes were a pleasant surprise. Overall it was clean but stains on sheets of any sort are off-putting!
