It’s in a narrow cobbled street which taxis can’t access ….. but it’s not far to where they can .

Beautifully designed Boutique Hotel with a laid back vibe. In a good position in the old town near to places of interest, the port and good restaurants. Ramona and Nerea were excellent, kind , helpful and very knowledgeable giving expert advice Breakfast had a variety of choices and was good.

The pool although beautiful was a little too chillie for me and there were no loungers. Tables and chairs were available though. Although the rooms were sound proof, the reception position resulted in a lot of noise being funnelled up through the courtyard. No noise at night but made it a little tricky to take a siesta. I expect the rooms not facing the courtyard or on the second floor would not hear it.

Atmosphere, decor and staff were great:) Location was perfect to explore the centre and the marina.

Really nice hotel - the rooms where fantastic and charming. The staff friendly - and the breakfast they made every morning was with a lot of local produce and care. We did not use the pool because it was early season. The location is also great in this beautiful city.

Beautiful and authentic property our room was large with a great en-suite shower. Air con worked perfectly. Staff were amazing and so helpful recommending some fabulous restaurants.

very modern but traditionally stylish. The windows were triple glazed so no noise from the narrow streets at night. Very helpful staff who are eager to assist with any arrangements you need to make. Great restaurant recommendations.

The friendly staff went above and beyond when we arrived a day late after a flight delay. They could not have been kinder just when it was needed. The hotel and location was beautiful, calm and a perfect antidote to life's troubles. The breakfasts were delicious and we really could not have been happier.

the breakfast could use a bit more variety I didn't feel comfortable using the swimming pool, I didn't see any space to lounge in there, the tables I saw seemed a bit uninviting

Beautifully refurbished and designed in style that feels both modern and traditional with a lovely arty feel. It is a genuine boutique hotel, privately owned and efficiently run by four women, all charming and very friendly. There is a nice pool area - small, but perfect for cooling off!

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Ciutadella. The rooms are very comfortable and all the spaces are very well decorated throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast with homemade cakes and the view from the terrace over the town. The staff was so helpful always making sure we had everything we needed and giving us so many tips regarding places to visit. Highly recommend staying at Can Araya!
