This sounds like nit-picking, because we really enjoyed our stay, but perhaps a little more thought could have been given to the placing of sockets near the food preparations area, or having toaster and kettle with much longer leads!

the apartment was part of a beautiful renovation of an old and histroric house in Palma. The cooking/self catering facilities were not extensive, but perfectly adequate for our purposes. There were some lovely design features that made the apartment quite special. The location was absolutely perfect. It was within 5-10 minute's walk from the sea front and the main tourist sites, and a similar distance from the intermodal station for bus and train connections to other parts of Mallorca. and yet the square in which the apartment was situated was quiet and car-free. There were numerous restaurants/bars/cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. It was nice to have the roof-top area with a small pool and seating (and where the washing machine/dryer were located in a little cupboard).

everything, the location was perfect close to the center , restaurants ,shops, supermarket.... you could walk anywhere ,the apartment was beautiful, we had all we needed ,great architecture, the beds are extremely comfortable and you can leave your luggage in the entrance and pick it up whenever you like which was great and very convenient. Elva was a great host and I can highlight recommend Can Blau Homes

Fresh oranges everyday as well as well stocked with tea and coffee. We were also allowed stay an extra hour and our host arranged a taxi to the airport. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment, excellent location! Elva was extremely helpful. Coming from Ireland we had forgotten our adapters for the electrical sockets. Elva was on hand to provide us with what we needed. She also sorted parking for us nearby, no problem.

Good location, quiet but walking distance to cathedral, shops etc. Several very good restaurants/tapas bars on the doorstep. Very comfortable, stylishly decorated, lift to second floor. Spotlessly clean, good free, secure wifi. Heating/aircon units worked well. Elva, the manager was lovely. Really helpful and the free, fresh oranges in reception lobby were a nice touch. The rooftop terrace (with plunge pool) with sun loungers, tables and chairs and a toilet was a great bonus on our last day when we checked out at 11, but weren't flying til the evening.

The room we had Mediterani faced an inner courtyard so was slightly darker than we would have liked. Having the bedding changed every so many days during our stay would have been nice but not essential.

Super well located property in the old town of Palma. Near loads of great restaurants and bars and easy walking distance to plenty of sights and sounds around town. The shower in the room was excellent and it was handy having a small kitchen to rustle up a quick bite. The oranges in the reception were a bonus... fresh orange juice every morning!

There isn't much to complain about. We would have preferred one big bed instead of two simple beds put together but apart from that everything else was fine.

I had to it clean the hairdryer with the saucepan scrubber and anti bacterial wipes before I used it. It was sticky all over from build up of hair products.

They managed to arrange everything very well for our stay with a little kid. To our surprise we were able to check in early as the previous guests left on time to have the apartment cleaned in our arrival.
