There were no amenities like a boiler or coffee or even a glass to drink water

The apartment was warm. We only had a small window, so it was quite dark, as everything had to be closed because of the heat. We had a view of a smaller square where there was a church. Just a small reminder that the church bells ring once every half hour and then as many times as depending on what time it is, so 12 times at midnight. We were fine, but for someone who is sensitive to noise it will be uncomfortable.

The accommodation was small, clean and cosy. The location was great, right in the city center. Close to shops, bar or restaurant and a nice park with a playground. We spent time in the evenings on the little square and watched the local life, it was magical. Communication with the hostess was fast and pleasant. She was helpful. Thank you!

There is no table or desk (even though there would be space for one) and only one, very uncomfortable chair. I had do to some work on the computer, which I had to do sitting on the bed. The tap on the bathroom sink needs proper fixing; someone tried to glue it with silicon, but it is loose. The outflow of the sink half-clogged with hair, in need of simple cleaning.

A nice guesthouse on the central square of a small town. In the center of the island, so equally close (or equally far) from most places. The small parking in front of the house was usually full, but there was plenty of parking space on the road that bypasses the town just 3 min away. Large room, huge closet, clean, heating with radiator, new shower. Great value if you just need a place to overnight, as we did, leaving to explore in the morning and coming back in the evening. Would not be great if you need to work or if you want to eat your own breakfast.

Gets too hot in the rooms even we were provided 2 fans. One of the windows we weren't to close due to its awkward place, so had to leave it open most of our time there, which meant a lot of mosquitos got in. We also had someone come to make the bed they only came 2 times out of the 4 days we were there; which was a bit suspicious because we weren't aware of this.

Parking: it doesn’t belong to the hotel and it was busy every single day. So i never parked right to the hotel. You need to find a parking place in the town.

It is not hot in the room, even though there is no air conditioner. It is also quiet. The room is big, there is a huge wardrobe and a bathroom with big shower. The room was cleaned every day.

This unit is at Costitx which will think it is very centralised at Palma Island. Allow ease of travel to other areas within Palma Island. Costitx is a very nice quiet town. Love the quietness of it. Enjoyed my morning jog around the neighbourhood. The house is very beautiful. The room is very spacious, clean, tidy and exactly like the photos. Simple but well equipped room. Very comfortable place to stay.

It is important to know there are no locations to eat close outside of a bar.

It’s not an altogether bad accommodation, but pay careful attention to the facilities listed, and in particular what facilities are NOT listed, and what you see in the photos and nothing more is what you get. Despite having 2 separate rooms (downstairs & upstairs), there was zero kitchen facilities, no fridge, no cups/glasses nor cutlery, no coffee/tea making facilities, not even the promised kettle. It’s just 2 over-sized rooms which waste space where such needed kitchen facilities could have been provided. Parking in Costitx is a nightmare. That the proprietor lady (or someone) smokes indoors is just the icing on a very bland and featureless cake.

Three things should be noted. Firstly, the accomodation is across the street from a church which rings its bell every 0,5 hours up to midnight. And because its so close, it was super loud and i just couldn't go to sleep before it stops at midnight. Luckily the next time it rings is at 7am. Secondly, the place is very close to the town square so there was a lot of audible partying and shouting. And thirdly, the accomodation is right under the Mallorca airport landing path. If the planes come to land from the top of the island, they are low enough to maybe be disturbing to some people. For avgeeks maybe not :) I wanted to sleep with a window open to get some air but because of the three factors, i was not able to do that. Luckily i was still able to get a good nights rest.

It is great for budget travellers. Beds were comfortable and having a private bathroom is always nice.

Can't complain of the facility at all, just because it's a little town, there is only one place to have breakfast or dinner.

The staff/owner was a great lady, went out of her way to get what we wanted
