The only thing we didn't like was no pool but this has nothing to do with Casa Tito and the view more than made up for it, the beach is not far away only a 5 min walk. Kids however would have preferred a pool.

Casa Tito was amazing, perfect location, beautiful scenery and just perfect for our family holiday. Even though you have access right off the main street you would not know once sitting on the balcony looking out at the sea as it is so quiet. The apartment had everything we needed from cooking facilities, two bathrooms, towels, beach towels, they even had a stock of items you might need on holiday like mosquito repellent, creams etc. We had a little issue with the washing machine but Mari arranged for her husband to call with us, turned out there was nothing wrong with the machine apart from us not using it right. However he was absolutely gracious and wished us a good stay. Would definitely stay again. It was idyllic.

Ive just returned from a fabulous week with 2 friends. Marys apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Fabulous vista from terrace and in a great location. Direct access to a beach and only a short stroll to a larger beach where you can rent a sunbed. Lots of restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep and our favourite restaurant was across the road! Mary our host was easily contactable and very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here.

only minor downside was the beds outside of the main bedroom. They could do with a mattress topper to make sleeping on them better for adults. But this was a small minor in this otherwise excellent place.

Location excellent. Outdoor space was generous with a fantastic view. The apartment was the best equipped accommodation that I have stayed in for a long time. Host was lovely and very communicative without being intrusive. We will return.

Middle bedroom was an access route to lounge from main door. Didn't affect us and there is a balcony alternative. Be wary about getting locked out when on the balcony as door handles, into house, don't open the doors if they close. We jammed these open when we were about. The keysafe at main door is absolutely necessary and you will definitely use it. Window in middle bedroom had a large crack, Mari said she was aware but you may consider this a problem if children are about.

Location is great. Just up from the casino. It's on the flat with no stairs to main entrance. It is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults. Bedrooms were fine with the master having on-site and fabulous views. Kitchen is well equipped, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave etc. Bathrooms were fresh and well maintained. 3 showers if you include the outside one. Views and balcony were fabulous with loungers and direct access to rocky beach. Plenty of stairs involved but ok if your reasonably fit. Be wary about the rocky bits!

There is air conditioning only in the living room. And a fan in one bedroom. The host didn't explain us very well how to get the keys (we stayed for half an hour in front of the door, pressing the code again and again, but the door didn't unlock. Finally, when we managed to contact her on Whatsapp (on the phone a robot said the number was not allocated!), we found that actually the code opened the little code box if you knew a very smart move and the keys were inside). The number of the house is different from that one given on Booking (62 on Booking, in reality 52).

Casa Tito is a lovely house, with beautiful small details everywhere, the kitchen has a coffee filter and a mokka pot, cuttlery and plates, pots and pans, a huge fridge, all you need. It has a washing machine with everything you need to wash your clothes and we appreciated it a lot. The house is extremely clean and very close to the restaurants (there are restaurants everywhere, even a very good Italian Trattoria just opposite the house) and there is a Spar nearby (5 minute walk). The beach is 5 minutes away, as well. The bus station is also near the house (2 minute walk). After we walked all around Puerto del Carmen, we were extremely sure that we chose the best location. Just in the middle of everything. The most amazing thing is the terrace which is huge, with a large table and chairs, with sunbeds and with a splendid, gorgeous sea view, it’s the place where we stayed the most of the time and enjoyed every moment. It’s like heaven, blue and white everywhere and the volcanoes far away. There are two bars nearby, but the house is extremely quiet, you can feel the silence, you can taste it, you can smell it. Just the wind and the waves with their eternal song. The terrace is exactly like in your dreams.
