Very clean, very friendly staff. The location was very good, it took us 15 minutes to walk to La Sagrada Familia. I was worried about the noise as I read some reviews saying that it was noisy. We were all day out and came back late night to the hotel, didn’t hear any noise.

We have no major complaints. We missed our flight, so we stayed a day longer in Barcelona. We paid extra for one day's stay in the same Hotel. It would have been nice if we had received a discount for that day as guests of the Hotel.

The hotel is located between two metro stations, so from this location you can quickly reach the city center and all tourist attractions. The staff was extremely friendly. The WiFi quality was satisfactory. The room was spacious and functional.

I thought the room was a bit small. Didn't like the balcony as it was very tight for space (7th floor) The bath in the room looked a bit shabby (the bottom was all cracks)

The breakfast had relatively small selection. There was possibility to have specially made omelette which is actually a bonus but it seemed to take too much time and I didn't have it. The orange juice machine was broken and dropped oranges down to the floor during the use of the machine.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and silent.

Pillows not so good because we're quite small. The doors from other rooms keep banging on the outside coridor because was really not easy to close the door without making quite some noise.

The location was good. Metro station on about 400m by walk. Room was clean and modern, lights were good, enough space for depositing.

It was very loud all night due to being on an intersection.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The location was excellent, a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia.

The gym has some equipments without maintenance like the only spinning bike they had and one of the treadmill. I asked for repair it if possible, they said yes but never did it. Maintenance personnel are not so kind. I was alone at the gym and in a very bad way this person asked me to turn the music from my phone off, which was very low and I was completely alone and the TV wasn’t working.

Good area close to everything. Very clean and personnel in the counter very kind and nice. Really valuable to have a kettle in the room, tea, coffee and cookies

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel is located just 5 minutes walk to a Metro station from where one can easily access main tourist places or airport. Sagrada Familia is in 15 minutes walking distance.

The reception staff was friendly & helpful with maps & tips on what we should see and how to get there. The room was small but very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was very clean, renovated, and updated in rooms and common areas, shampoo and shower gel provided, and brand new bed linen and towels. Rooms were cleaned and the bed was fixed every day. They had a large choice in the breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice, an omelet made by the chef in front of you and they also offer gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free milk. Perfect location just 200 meters from the train and metro and 950 meters from Sagrada Familia itself. All in all it was a wonderful little find and I would definitely come back and stay in the same hotel when I get the chance to visit again Barcelona.

I didn’t like the bath in the room for showers - a new shower would be nicer. The elevators seems a bit old.

Amazing location just a very short walk from metro station Clot, and from there can reach easily any tourist destinations in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly, room spacious and clean, well-equipped. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing - lots of Spanish meat, cheese, fruits, fresh omelettes and eggs, even pancake and waffle maker available and juicer machine for fresh oranges. Very good gym with enough equipment for weight lifting exercises, only 1 barbell that can be used in many different ways, but not a problem as I was always the only one at the gym. Loved it.

The only thing that they should pay more attention to is the plates used for serving breakfast, because we found a lot of dirty ones between the cleaned ones and it was not pleasant.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was really good and varied , the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Close to the Sagrada Familia (12 minutes walk), supermarkets, local food markets and also close to the metro and bus station.

Seems old building and room. Little mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bed mattress extremely hard.

Clean, spacious room, had restaurant and kitchen. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lobby was clean. Bar area for relaxing.
