Dodgy lift and lack of slippers. We normally take slippers wherever we go but this time we were travelling light so there was no space for slippers in our backpacks. It would be nice if these could be provided by the hotel or available to buy for some small fee.

Good location, metro station is few minutes away. Lovely 'pastisserie' next door. Staff is very nice and helpful. We asked for a map of the city and gentleman working in reception gave us the map and highlighted all the places which we should visit. It was very useful. Bed was very comfortable. In general housekeeping was great but after last cleaning before our departure we found some long black hair tangled in my partner's pyjama and some on the floor. None of us was the owner. Other than that our room was clean.

Late night walk is scary. Our last night we witness a girl beong Robbed. The walls are not properly insulated and the fan is loud.

The only bad experience was the dinner restaurant, the food was soggy and bland. Tested both pizza and pasta.

The hotel is generally good and up to standard. Rooms were fine and clean, breakfast was great. The room was very warm (mid-winter) and the climate control didn't seem to work cooling it down, but as the windows could be opened, that could be mitigated. Close to two metro stations, taxi stand right outside.

The elevator was sketchy and made eerie mechanical noises (also stopped working one time). Doors and walls weren't sound proof. New guests appeared on the last three days and they only banged close their doors and it was annoying (no fault at the hotel part, but maybe the doors shouldn't be able to close that loud).

The room was great and comfy. The bed was fine, but at the edges it felt like it was a bit tilted downwards. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff was helpful and there was place to put luggage before and after check-out(in)

It was disappointing that the central Air-conditioning system was shut down because it was month of November, however the rooms were so hot and we couldn't to turn on the Aircon. when we ask the staff about it, they said to open the windows for fresh air, which we did however there was so much noise from the outside traffic and people that we didn't really have a good sleep at all. I guess the hotel's concept was to save on energy or electrical bill since they are going into the colder months however this shouldn't be the case, your guest should have the option to turn on or off the aircon and have a good night of sleep/rest and not waking up every hour to a loud noise outside the building. For me the hotel failed in this aspect "a good night sleep" however the rest was all good.

The staffs 100% were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionists and hotel Porters The hotel is a walking distance to Sagrada Familia and also a walking distance to the metro Station. Small supermarkets in every corner. Very convenient.

The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear noise (footsteps, conversation) from the room above, which is not a problem if you are not a light sleeper like me.

A great destination, very close to various means of transport and also close to some of the most important sightseeing spots. It was clean, room service every day, new towels and sheets every day if needed.

We were there for three nights, late arrival, but the reception is open 24/7. Our room was nice and clean. Every day, new sheets and towels. And we had the biggest bed I have ever seen, very comfortable as well. Metro station is very close by, so it's practical too. Definitely would recommend 👌 All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Very good location,easy access to and from the airport. Very quiet room in spite of overlooking a busy street. The room is well equipped, possible to make coffee and tea, a big screen television with many international channels including Japanese.
