The room did not look at all like a 4 stars hotel. Hardly a 3 stars. It was the most expensive and the worst accommodation that I have in Tenerife.

Breakfast is excellent ! Such a variety ! Stuff was very nice and allowed us to stay in the lobby until our bus was there. There were a lot of entertainment for the tourists.

The hotel is a little tired. The buffet was disappointing, but there was enough variety to not leave hungry. The bartenders were not interested in service, there were long waits for service and racks of glasses were sorted while customers were waiting. I felt like I was an interruption of their work instead of the purpose of their work. Wifi was not available in our room we had to go to the common area to use the wifi

Overall the hotel was "fine". Nothing spectacular. The front desk staff were awesome. We had all inclusive and again it was fine. The location was very nice. Pools were good. View from the room was great!

Too crowded with many drunken adults with "sleeveless tops" at all times of day. .Didnt help that theres not much to do in this town and the weather was not great . Not sure if hotel is always this crowded. Tv not working. Old decor that needs modernising .Mostly residential community.

I like the fact that it is in between the north and the south of the island, so the location is optimal.

The pool at the hotel lining needs replacing, as it had massive bubbles in. The lack of rails at the over 18 pool so when walking down the steps there’s nothing to hold onto, which would of helped me walking down the steps. instead I went flying and got all cut was funny like but still a rail would be great.

The over 16 pool was fabulous, if I go back that’s where I will remain. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, along with having multiple shops and a stall in the lobby everyday. The entertainment was good too. plenty of loungers all the time.

The Hotel is very old and there is no maintenance. The lifts are very loud.

It is kind of a resort with a lot of activities which is good. the breakfast is good. And the staff is helpful

Truly great and helpful staff! The swimming pools were really nice, and the animations very entertaining. Beds were very comfortable. There was a great selection of foods with every meal, even if the dishes were very mild when it comes to spices. Also great drinks!

1. Packed with people when I was there the first saturday of Sept & Karoake & disco areas very loud; but I think it ended at a decent hour 11pm & they were nice/I was lucky they could give me a quiet room on 8th floor where I didn't hear either of the above. 2. The only thing I didn't like is that it said the property had parking but their lot only holds a few cars & parking in the area is pretty tough so wouldn't stay there again because of that. 3. AC unit on the older/noisier side; not too bad but I chose to turn it off and open sliding door instead.

Lazy people not moving their rubbish from around where they have snacks or sunbeds.

Always friendly staff and very clean general areas. Food was good as usual with plenty of choice.

sun beds nearly all have towels on by 9am, breakfast in dining room is more like a cafeteria and food selections could improve….

proximity to beach and Candelaria, and Santa Cruz…budget hotel with no frills!
