The location didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night. The air conditioning didn’t work well, room was very hot even this time of year. Would have been nice to have a full body mirror in the room as the only mirror in the accommodation was in the bathroom.

We unfortunately needed a room during a high booking time so a bit expensive as were all the hotels. Bed a bit sweaty as covered in some protective cover. Swimming pool freezing but still made a swim for a minute or two!

Only main gripe- small, indeed very small rooms! Literally 'you couldn't swing a cat' stuff. This needs looking at- though difficult to change. However- pricing needs to honestly and fairly reflect this.

The breakfast could have been better, I went at different times and each time the hot food was cold. It’s not worth the extra to pay for breakfast, if you are there for a holiday just use that money to go out instead. My room’s window also looked out onto a corridor so if I didn’t have my curtain closed you would be able to see through. I had no floor length mirror, could have done with one to check out my outfits!

Loved the option of a single room which really had a double bed. The room wasn’t too big but wasn’t tiny. Loved having the privacy. The hotel staff were friendly and helped me google where to find things.

Our room was right in front of the staff's elevator and it was quite noisy in the morning, when the started the cleaning of the rooms. They also left the cleaning stroller right in front of our room, so they came and went all the time to get cleaning supplies.

I didn't feel well and ordered some medicine. The night porter took great care, brought me more water (no charge) and collected my medicine. Really great all-round experience, and I highly recommend it if you are travelling with your dog.

While close to the train station, the hotel is a bit of a walk to some of the main tourist areas. We don't mind lots of walking, and prefer to be close to train stations when traveling by train, but some might prefer to be right in the historic center or closer to shopping and restaurants.

Great location when traveling by train. Across the street from a bus stop which we used to get to Parc Guell. (Unfortunately the bus was behind schedule, so allow extra time for that if you plan to go to Parc Guell). Nice staff, nice lobby and breakfast room. Lots of good options for breakfast, including self-service cappuccino machine. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were all friendly and attentive. Room was clean, bright, and large. It was nice to come back to after a long day of travel or sightseeing.
