Having to go home!!

We absolutely loved our time here. The Villa is very clean and well maintained, the cleaners come in around day 4 and clean the whole villa and change the beds and towels. Request a time that suits though as they take 2 hours. Toiletries and hair dryers in all 4 shower rooms. Roberto is a great host, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean pool, with towels provided. Pool area and grounds very well maintained, with parking for 2 car’s comfortably. Gate is quite tight to get a car in and out, we only had a small hire car. But easier to reverse in, and then drive out. Great location. In a quiet area but still only a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the lively bars and clubs. But also loads of bars and restaurants very close to the villa. The villa is well equipped. There was a welcome pack when we arrived with bread, milk, jam, crisps wine etc which is great as we arrived at 10pm. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Roberto and team

The only thing I could fault is the drive way and gate entrance is extremely tight for car and jeeps to get into

Villa was perfect. All rooms were a great size and the pool was lovely. When we arrived there were welcome snacks and drinks provided which was such a lovely touch.

Nothing springs to mind, we always felt we could ask Marian at the hotel if we had any issues.

The location of the Chalet is close to all the facilities but still quiet and separate. The management of the Chalet from the Hotel Osiris was excellent by Marian. Great info from her on the local area, highlights, shops, restaurants etc. The chalet has everything you would expect for self catering and has been nicely modernised.

Just one of the rooms wasn't great being very small but really not too much to complain about, most of the others and the bathrooms were lovely. Also The Ocean Beach Club is very close by and you can hear the music coming from there most days from 3pm to 10pm so wasn't so peaceful by the pool at those times. It was fine late at night though and believe it would be out of season too. Obviously also nothing to do with the villa but worth mentioning, it is extremely hard to get a cab around town (airport is fine though) Wifi and phone signal wasn't very good but manageable.

The villa itself was amazing, the pool and garden area was fantastic and there is loads of space. The facilities were great with a lovely and very substantial array of goodies there for us on arrival which was particularly useful being late at night. The property belonged to the hotel next door which made it all the more convenient with things like them cleaning to fit in with our needs and supplying towels whenever we needed. The best thing about that though was Marian the host who was absolutely brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable and there to help us and at the end of the phone/WhatsApp for whenever we needed her for local advice etc. The location is very convenient being walking distance to everything - shops, beach loads of restaurants and bars and particularly good one a few steps away (Natural Pau). Would definitely stay here again - just hoping the good review hasn't made it harder for us to book again next year! ;-)

Parking the car in the drive way was a little tight, a mirror would of helped get the car in and out as the gate was not very wide

Great size, beautiful spacious rooms upstairs. Upstairs part of the villa perfect for teenagers/young adults. Lots of room, bbq, air con in bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine. Large pool - all superb. Villa cleaned twice whilst we were here with fresh towels for inside and pool towels. Very helpful staff, thank you Roberto we loved the villa! Definitely will return

Fantastic location, great pool, very secure, h as everything we needed to make it a home from home. Very safe and secure, perfect for families or a group of friends The owners can’t do enough to help, always on hand if needed, great communication and ensure you have the best holiday
