We liked everything actually but to write a constructive feedback we suggest they add essential amenities like hash wading soap in the soiled and leave some extra trash bags in the apartment so guests can change them on their convenience.

The property was close to historical sites, but not directly within the old streets, which was good for us. Located next to the metro station and surrounded by groceries and cafes, I would say the location is top. The balcony provided a wonderful spot for evening tea, overlooking the bustling city below. The apartment was spacious and airy, with a clean bathroom. The receptionist was polite and helpful.

View from the balcony was not great. Sewage smell in our bathroom - when we clogged sink and shower drainage holes it fixed the problem, hence the rating. Staff did put the bleach though the next day

It's a good deal considering the typical cost of hotels in Barcelona. It was about the same as a single hotel room in most other locations in the city, but it's a whole one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, sleep-able sofa, large fridge, washing machine etc.

Location! Location! Location! Very accessible to public transport to everywhere. Short ride to the harbour pier to board my Sun princess ship. Kitchen is equipped for 4 persons. Washing machine was a plus for us to wash our laundry. There was someone at the desk to check us in. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries n Supermarkets within vicinity of the hotel.

There wasn't much of a balcony, outside area. Looked quite different from the pictures. Would have been great to have had a double bed rather than 2 single beds

The location was brilliant and you could barely hear the hustle and bustle outside. Very spacious apartment too. Staff that checked us in was very nice

Barcelona has some issues with its sewage system. And despite being in floor six you could smell that. No plug in the bath and the shower curtain warrants replacing. Noisy but considering its in a busy area atop a theater not over much and def quiet enough to sleep past 12

Nice central location. Right of the metro and only one street behind the ramblas. Comfortable sofa that can easily double as another two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffeemaker, kettle for tea, fridge and freezer. Even a washing machine and drying rack for laundry on the balcony.

Notice saying 50 euro fee if you don’t do the dishes, but no plugs in any sinks or the bath. No dishwasher. No tea towel. Also, a washing machine, but no air dryer or clothesline. Pots very thin and buckle when cooking. No hand soap in toilet.

Walkable to many restaurants and supermarkets. Also walkable to cruise buses for embarkation.

The stairs that led from the ground floor to the main living area - there needs to be more information when booking the property as the description said nothing about the stairs nor where there any pictures.

I liked the location which was close to great tapas and pinross bars.

The apartment room could do with a bit of modernization. One of the lounge windows had a large crack in it and the bathroom is very basic. I'd say that the crockery in the kitchen could have had more glasses and cups to make it more comfortable and convenient.

Location was fantastic right next to metro station at Parallel. The hotel is easy enough to find and the staff were very helpful and attentive to any requirements. We were in one of the attic rooms so the view from the top was a lovely Cityscape. The rooms were spacious with plenty of seating inside & outside on the three balconies.

It could be cleaner - mould on a shower curtains, taps looked quite stained. Also some maintenance issues - such as torn curtains, a door in the kitchen cabinet didn't close properly. No soap in the bathrooms. A bit TLC and it would be a great apartment.
