We loved it all - it really was excellent! We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The hotel location was fantastic. The beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket and local bus stop were all less than 5 minutes walk. The local bus service was excellent and always on time. The hotel breakfast was the best - lots of choice - variety of fruit, cooked breakfast, continental choices, pastries, cakes, breads and toasties. So much to eat! The staff were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a fabulous steakhouse restaurant right next to the hotel which was superb - highly recommend!

The mattress and pillows were not particularly comfortable so after 5 nights we were ready to sleep somewhere else. The AC didn't work properly ( you can't set it lower than 22 degrees ) and was super noisy.

Our rubbish was not collected every day and also the breakfast was dissapointing. The selection (except for the vriety of different milk and alternative milk options) was very low quality, especially the bread was the cheapest possible option, not nice at all. For the price we paid, I would expect more. Also any other Spanish hotel we stayed in the past had kids disco at nigh and various kids facilities or activities, here there was nothing for the children apart from the pool and a very small playground for toddlers.

We loved the local beach which is easily accessible. All the big beaches had problems with accessibility, car parks were full, but here we could just easily walk to a beautiful little beach with superb bars and restaurants and showers! It is also very close to Ciutadella, so the location is great. The swimming pool was also nice size and clean.

Not really a complaint but it is a very quiet area so if you like nightlife and lots of shops then it probably isn't the area for you. Even the 'strip' about 15mins walk away was very quiet.

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice and good value for money. The location is great and next to a sandy cove which was lovely for swimming. We really liked Sa Caleta cove which was 10 minutes walk away. The bus to Cuitadella is really close, cheap and runs until late. Reception gave us lots of advice when we arrived so we also got the bus to Son Saura which was a lovely experience. Good restaurants around the bay too. The staff were really helpful too and friendly!

The apartments is a bit uncomfortable to relax a day in apartments. Uncomfortable couch difficult to keep rooms clean with no shelve space for food, toiletries. Microwave must be over 30 years old and feels unsafe to use

Location is a win with kids with a deep bay that prevents big waves and realtively shallow. Yet adults can snorkel paddle board.

As the hotel is not close to any city center it is highly recommended to have access to a car during your stay to be able to visit other beaches and as well go into Ciutadella which is a very nice city to visit. Parking was at night normally full and we had to park in the streets in the area around at some occasions, but not a major problem as it is free and I managed to find a spot fairly easy.

Very good breakfast with a good selection for a fair price (we had it included in the total price). Nice location close to a small beach, a grocery shop and a few restaurants. The pool was of a good size and with plenty of sunbeds. Free parking on the premises. All in all would recommend to others.

We liked the area where the apartment was located — close enough to the city but not too close. The town was quiet and perfect to rest and enjoy a couple of beaches, restaurants, etc. We loved that it was not a very touristy area, but more for locals. The apartment was perfect in terms of space and distribution. Also the premises were great, the amenities (bar, swimming pool…) and access was excellent and includes free parking.

Our stay at this apartments hotel was exceptional. The clean rooms, prime location, great value, and amazing buffet breakfast made it truly memorable. The rooms were spotless and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. What set this hotel apart was the incredible value for money. The affordable rates exceeded expectations, and the buffet breakfast was simply amazing. The staff members were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

the apartment coukd have been cleaned ( even just bathroom floor and bed) they just left clean towels every 2 days (cleaning was offered for an extra charge)

The breakfast starts a bit late, in my opinion (8 am), but it's very nice that they offer the option to have a packed cold breakfast for days you need to leave early, you just have to order before 6 pm the day before. I also wish they had a courtesy shower. We checked out at 11 am but our flight was only 8 pm and the hotel was full so no option for late check out. It would be very nice to have the option to go to the beach or enjoy the pool and just take a shower before going to the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location near Ciutadella was convenient, allowing easy access to the city center with its restaurants and street fairs. The room was comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, the staff resolved it promptly on the same day. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The staff at the apartments are amazing - my father ended up staying three weeks as my mother was taken into hospital . Special shout out to Gerard who went over and beyond in his mission to accommodate our requirements . Even when things in the apartment didnt work they were repaired immediately . Thanks to everyone who made my father feel comfortable during his stay . Location good within walking distance of nice restaurants

The bathroom is very old and really small - the water from the WC continued to drip (which was annoying during the night), no countertop. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned (the floor had a not of sand and dust) and throughout our stay the towels, even though were changed, were left somewhere in the sand - the last time we received four towels out of which none was for the body. Also, the room was not ventilated prior to our arrival so it was a feeling of damp.

The property is next to a beach (and a very nice restaurant), has a very nice pool and the bedroom seemed like it was just renovated.

everything was very clean and the balcony was spacious. shower was strong and had great amenities the towels are changed every two days which is perfect. tonnes of room at the pool need to bring your own towels. quick walk to the beach all of approx 100metres walk to the sea which also has 3 or so restaurants there Barcia was the best and same to the left when you come out of the complex to the nearest supermarket. free car parking too. breakfast is 10€ pp for adults and there were enough options was satisfied foe the cost. approx 7€ into ciutedella in a taxi.
