Location was central to everything, pool lovely and clean and big as was the room, spotlessly clean and kitchen fully stocked

The sun beds were dirty and in need of replacement. The sun bed cusions also need replacing.

Receptionist was very friendly and effecient. We were allowed into the apartment as soon as we arrived and didnt have to wait until the offical check-in of 4pm.

Swimming pool hours are 9-5. They should be longer.

Nothing really, it's the best apartment development I've stayed at.

Stylishly furnished with excellent facilities. Conveniently located close to the Dunas and ten minutes walk to Jumbo centre. Near to good restaurants and bars and close to large supermarket (Cita center)

The appartment is exactly as the pictures. We had a very nice view at the sea. The pool is very nice and big. We went in march so there weren't a lot of people. Pool was often empty, just a few people laying in the sun. The children's pool was cold however. The bus stop is 2minutes walking. Everything we needed was close. The staff was very friendly. Our baby was sick and we had to change the sheets, they were very kind.

Got picked up by free taxi .. easy transfer.. complex and room perfect for our stay .. very clean and everything you need at hand. We had a ground floor corner apartment which sadly didn’t get the sun at all but it was easy to go up to the pool area and get some rays. Pool big .. lots of sun beds.. shop right next door ti get drinks/ snacks. Very friendly staff. Close to all bars and restaurants.. all in all lovely stay.

Not one thing,it was perfect

Everything,price,amazing location near public transport.My daughter is visually impaired and I normally ask in advance for ground floor,i hadn’t but hotel gave us the most perfect apartment.room 112 .Large porch leading on to pool.I could not have had a better location. Staff super helpful,Imaculate,luxurious apartment.1 of the nicest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.

Our apartment was on the ground floor and it was very dark, no balcony, a terrasse is not private - opened to the passage and facing the pool. Next time (and we will come next time) we will request the apartment on the higher floor with a balcony. As many guests have already mentioned - it would be good to have some basics in the kitchen: salt, sugar, pepper etc. , and a toilet paper roll at least at a arrival would be nice as well :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was big enough for 4 of us, clean and with basic utensils in the kitchen. WIFI was very good, the cleaning was done daily, comfortable beds and a very nice big pool. Parking is available at the hotel. short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants around. Supermarket is 5 min walk away.

Everything was amazing!

We travel group of 4 boys and our stay was amazing! Check-in is possible from 4pm but we got keys already around 1 pm. Staff on reception was amazing! Every day asked us if need something. Pool and around is clean and water is hot!

Excellent location. Very close to the Cita Restaurants close by The room was great. Everything you could need. And the bed was very comfortable I arrived before check in. My room as ready so they let me in early.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the sand dunes. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel was so clean, it was spotless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool is a good size for swimming and there are plenty of sunbeds to lie on.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Clean, and regular thorough cleaning with exchange of towels. Spacious apartment with big balcony. Great kitchen with lots of equipment. Comfortable beds. Fast broadband Wifi and big Smart TV. Amazing overall quality level, for such a reasonable price!

Location was ideal, pool was huge and not crowded which was perfect for us. Staff were professional, kind & our apartment was cleaned daily to a high standard.
