The towel policy was not explained when we checked in. When my husband went to get a towel he was told he had to go back to reception to get a card. To get a card he needed to hand over a deposit of 20 euro in cash. For a hotel of this quality this felt a bit odd and was inconvenient as we had no cash!

First time we have stayed in this hotel, it is lovely and we had a room upgrade which was really nice. We had a room with a hot tub on the roof. The staff were very good

Sometimes it's noisy between 1-3hrs pm, when I wanted to find some sleep. But well, the rooms have to be cleaned - no problem

I like this hotel, because the is the possibility to recreate, without lots of animation. Further I prefer small hotels with less guest. What I like most is the possibility for walking along the beach, with a small way to the city. It's individual, the pool is great for relaxing, and breakfast is perfect. Only missed some Serrano ham 😅which I had in 2021, on my last stay with you. Perfect is to have some sandwiches on poolside in the afternoon. Thanks for all🙏

The staff was really friendly. The location of the Hotel, with great sea view. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a more modern style. The room was cleaned daily. The pool area was nice and quiet. The breakfast had a lof of options and had good quality.

A lot of rooms in the hotel but very small area of the hotel, small pool with very cold water in the end of september. We ordered room with the terrace on the ground floor but got with the view to the wall although there were plenty of rooms available at that time. Small area for the breakfast. Not very clean in the room cause we found a lot of dark long hairs on the floor of our room and bathroom on arrival. The hotel looks better in the photos than in reality. Staff was indifferent, they even couldn't answer if parking is free or not. Hotel is on the hill, not far away from the center. Bali style double beds cost 30€/day

The peace and quiet was exceptional, the staff very friendly and breakfast manager and his staff were fast to respond to STF when water was leaking from hot water boiler.

Open plan location was very good to both sea front and the old town of Coniel.Hotel is in great location and will certainly be back to sample the balcony apartments.

room wasn’t ready till almost 4pm and drains were very smelly. also not much in terms of entertainment. no shows on sundays and nothing by the pool either in the three days we were there

- Parking: I would suggest searching for parkings nearby because even though there are limited spaces, the hotel reception makes it even more difficult. 2 weeks before my arrival I wanted to reserve a parking spot but I was told I couldn’t reserve it and had to call on the day of the arrival. I then called and was told there was a waiting list. The same situation happened every day. There was always a waiting list and nobody explained me how to be on that waiting list - Reception: one day during my stay I called 7 times in a row and nobody answered - Some rooms need to be renewed, my room wasn’t a 4star at all

Overall is a great place in Conil and I would recommend it to everyone. I would highlight: - Location: it’s close to the beach but also the city center. Amazing place - Pool Bar: the food is actually really great. We ended up having lunch there every single day - Breakfast: amazing breakfast. It was really good and even had a omelette station

the pillows could be a little comfier, and the duvet in a proper duvet cover, but it think travelling around Spain, you notice the sheets and pillows are always quite basic the majority of places you stay and that could be a result of the heat.

We loved the Jacuzzi room that we were upgraded to upon check-in. The views from our room were amazing & got to watch the perfect sunset from our balcony.

The pool temperature could have been colder as it was very warm outside.

Being a single person I was put into a room with 2 single beds...most unfortunate as I'm 6 ft tall...I didn't sleep well at all... Ended up napping by the pool :)

A lovely relaxing on the coast with sea and beach views...fabulous breakfast...lovely room...bathroom...the shower! The pool...the staff.. Short walk into the town...

Nothing. Everything was great.

Very conveniently located close to town center and in front of the beach. The staff was incredible accommodating and kind. We went with a baby and they did everything to make us feel comfortable.
