Place was perfect after long 21+ hour trip from Australia - quite, close and walking distance to all major attractions. Apartment had all facilities to make stay perfect and hosts friendly and extremely helpful - highly recommend to anyone.

The property was excellent. It was quiet but in a great location, and very comfortable. An issue we had was dealt with very quickly. There’s a restaurant co located which was very handy. And a lift! Our apartment, the attic was very quaint. loved our stay.

The street view appeared charming but the consequence was the noise that was problematic. Early morning construction workers, and cars moving along the narrow street and late-night from the party-goers moving through the area. Please note the bathroom is interior with no windows. That's okay for us but if you're sensitive to odour perhaps look elsewhere....

The location was convenient for exploring the sights and side-streets of Madrid. The price was reasonable. 3rd floor apartment with a workable lift. Check-in information was helpful in advance. A helping hand was only a message away via 'what's app'. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious for a family.

The location is fabulous, so close to everything, yet quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. The apartment is very pretty and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable while you rest. We were actually 4 adults and 2 kids and we fit perfectly fine, beds are comfortable, lots of storage space. The food in the restaurant downstairs is fantastic, and it was a lifesaver to have it so close on the day we arrived, jetlagged and starving.

The mattress dips in the middle so we kept rolling into each other in the night. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The apartment has a lot of atmosphere with wooden beams in the ceiling and window shutters. It’s perfectly located next to Plaza de Santa Ana and you can explore the whole city on foot from here. There are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars in the vicinity and Museo del Prado just 15-minute walk away. We have not used the kitchen but it has everything you may need including the dishwasher and washing machine.

Everything was fine, it is worth checking all the instructions how to use the entrance codes, but it rather simple. Wi-Fi had its ups and downs, but worked all time.

A lovely place with a wonderful location, most of places reachable by walk, in a lively area, yet quite a quiet apartment. Just in a middle of the weekend market, shops, restaurants nearby. Museums and the park, as well. Well connected by metro and buses. A lovely apartment, all necessary equipment. For four people very nice and comfortable. Two bathrooms.

Beautiful historic building in great location, very close to the Prado Museum and many different restaurants. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Quiet street, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing.

A sliding door in the shower could have helped, as it was impossible not to wet the rest of the bathroom. That's probably the reason why there was a little bit of damp odour in the bathroom (nothing annoying, but there's room for improvement).

Very nice location, comfortable bed, good quality modern utilities mixed with "medieval" style columms. The bedroom is very cosy and dark for a great nights sleep! The instructions for checking in using a door code were super helpful. The owners were responsive and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in their office for some hours after checking out.

The manager was incredibly responsive! I had many questions and he was happy to answer all of them very quickly! The place was very spacious and well stocked with everything needed! Exceptionally Clean.

The hot water could be a little hotter

The apartment was in a great position, 10 minutes walk to Prado, the Palace, Plazor Mayor etc. Great facilities provided including a washing machine.
