We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast room can get a bit manic at busy times. Get up earlier to avoid the queues.
First impressions excellent as it really stads out as a quality hotel. Check in excellent with very hepful professional staff. Good car parking in well lit spacious underground car park. Wonderful room. Breakfast fantastic with helpful staff and excellent choice of food. Reserved tables for disabled guests was nice touch and much appreciated. Decent sized swimming. Loved the adults only policy, no screaming kids (unlike our next hotel).

BelgiumIf I really have to criticize something, it would be the elevators. On several occasions during my stay 2 out of 5 elevators were not working properly, which can be a problem in such a huge hotel. On the other hand, you could tell the management was aware of the issue and dealing with it.
Elegant atmosphere, top notch facilities, classy and professional staff, quality food... it is hard to fault anything. This hotel sets the standard for quality in tourism industry.
