Two things to note: If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because our room was above a bar which was open late on Friday/Saturday night. We could also hear other guests staying in other rooms coming and going. This didn’t bother us too much but can imagine for others this might be a bit of an issue. Accom. only provided shower gel so be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc

Great location in an area that was excellent for exploring the city by foot. Host sent us the necessary information including wifi and check in info which was nice and straightforward. Room was nice, we actually thought it looked better in person than it did on the listing online. We had no issues with things being broken or unclean. For the price we paid we were very happy!

The shower worked intermittently and only on full power. The shower room sink did not have a plug. The tap in the kitchen was very loose and wobbly only 2 cups and no teaspoons for 4 people. No instructions on Wi-Fi or any helpful literature. The apartment was generally tired.

The room sizes were good the location was good and comfortable beds.

There is no cups, no sockets available in kitchen. The door for the toilet so difficult to close it. I’ve been told I could park at the property, I ended paying for it.

One of the apartments had no hot water, and neither safe worked. Both apartments had plenty of plates but were very poorly equipped with glasses or cups - we had 4 coffee cups between 8! The apartments were clean, but the terraces were very dirty .

We had two apartments for 8 of us. Both were spacious, bright, and quiet despite overlooking a busy corner. They had adjoining terraces. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and a luggage storage place on the corner.

The apartment was right above a night club and the noise was unbearable way after 02:00 in the morning!

There was very little in the way of cooking utensils. The beer glasses were dirty. The quality of the cupboards and worktop is not very good The Black painted walls in the bathroom made it very dark and not practical.

The balcony is lovely. The bed was comfortable. It has a good shower. It's a good price

There was no sound insulation in the apartment. We were not lucky, we had very noisy neighbors ( youths, probably students), every night they had parties and early in the morning, at 6 o'clock, they leaved the apartment loudly talking, laughing and slamming the door. The apartment was not very clean. For cleaning only a broom and a mop, taking into account the dustiness of the city, a vacuum cleaner would be very useful. My family has asthmatics, so I swept and washed the floor 2 times a day. The apartment lacks little things that greatly improve the quality of life: a small cabinet under the sink in the bathroom to put a cosmetic bag, laundry detergent for the washing machine, clothes pegs for drying clothes, salt, pepper and a mini bottle of oil so that all this is not bought in large packages.

The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Location of the apartment is good, close to the center of city and public transportation. The apartment has everything you need for life: equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. There are 2 coffee bars right by the house where you can get coffee and breakfast in the morning, but they were a little noisy at night.

Not clean enough, some dirty dishes were there and not enough glasses, no vine glasses but ok. We used the soap to clean ourselves. Loud neighbors, we had to go through 3 hours party on our floor till be complained to the contact person.

Bed was flimsy, mattress started sagging after one night. Water is heated electrically, means not a lot of warm water and you have to turn it on half an hour before using the water. Seemed like there once was a "flood" in the apartment, everything had water damage: floor, cabinets, metal in the shower was oxidizing. Gave the apartment an unclean appearance. Not a lot of cutlery and mugs/glasses.

Location was perfect, many cafes close by. Keep in mind that it is a party area so more noise in the weekend. Enough towels and toilet paper. Air conditioning was superb. Communication with staff was good.

no mattress protectors (eew) no pillow cases supplied for the second bedroom (again eew) we reported this and requested additional and no response at all from the property. The Master bedroom bed broken - one side sink into base. broken plate left in cupboard. grotty floors and skirts. dishwasher not emptied prior to arrival. freezer doors all broken. washing machine not working. lighting in living area very low.

Great location and size. natural light. Once upon a time you can see this was a lovely apartment. now very tired and showing signs of wear and tear and damage. ie fridge/freezer doors broken, significant chips in all cabinets, grubby floors and skirting.

The deposit is too big - 300 euro, and I believe it’s unreasonable. But they gave it back quickly - 1-2 days after check out. The check in was too late (4 pm) and check out was too early (11 am) - we prefer from 2pm to 12 am at least.

Almost everything was nice! Apartment is beautiful, new and clean, the view is gorgeous, location very good - min away from the Cathedral square, 7 min - from the train station and metro. We had to walk a lot though - the hosts helped us with luggage storage before and after check in for free, but the storage room is located in a hostel quite far from the apartment - around 8 min walking, which is a bit uncomfortable with luggages.

The location was close to transport, it was also easy to walk anywhere. The kitchen and bedrooms were great - as shown in the photos.
