We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loved the authenticity. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Being a one star we didn't expect much but we're pleasantly surprised.

Small hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good location near the beach (steep walk up and down). Sparkling clean and all basic amenities are provided. Free, secure parking.

IrelandThe hotel decides when to put on the air conditioning in your bedroom. Guests have no control over it. I woke up during the night overheated because the aircon was off. Despite asking for the aircon to be left on for longer, it was normally switched on only for a few hours in the evening and was turned off at midnight. The entrance to the car park is very steep. There are 2 steep ramps to negotiate and very tight turns into the car park with small spaces. The breakfast is small, but, at €5 it is not expensive so it is hard to complain!
The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean. It is a modest hotel, but, it does the basics well. It is good value for money

BelgiumThey offer a breakfast for a small extra price, but it cannot be called a breakfast. If you are looking for a place with a good breakfast you have to go somewhere else. The way down to and up from the underground carpark is an adventure. If you have not got a small car or you are an excellent driver, good luck. People with a sensitive nose should not come here. They use a house / room perfume that is just making you sick and you will smell it even in your room.
Good balcony with sea view. Room was very clean and room service excellent. People spoke a little English and were quite friendly.

PortugalAir condition was not working and the room was hot. We were not given any help from the hotel receptionist who just told us we couldn't do anything as it was broken. At 8am you could hear the cleaning ladies knocking against all the furniture... they could make an effort to make less noise.
