I expected a parking lot at the hôtel but there was none available (I understood it was related to the processions during the Holly week). There was only a small window in the room, no view (tiny courtyard). Professional but cold women staff at reception. Probably because there was always only one of them at a time at the counter. Basical bathroom, towels not thick enough to my taste.

The hôtel is well located, short walking distance from the historical center. I liked the large size of the room and of the bed (Queen size). Very clean room, cleaning done every day. Good sized shower tub. I enjed the Spa very much. Very clean, very relaxing place. I liked Adrian (not quite sure of his name), always busy but so kind, always smilling and helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was ok mainly continental, there was a small selection of bacon + scrambled eggs and sausages but not very warm, but there was plenty of cereals, fruit and yogurts and toast etc to fill up on

The rooms were very nice as were the bathrooms, we had 2 rooms , 1 twin and 1 double and both were very nice, there was also a nice little gym which was free to use,and the Location was Great right in the centre, so would recommend

The room was small, no tea or coffee in the room. I had a shower and lots of water went out of shower, out of small bathroom till the room .

Very good location! The blinds were very good to keep the room dark . The roof terrace is quite nice!

The shower door allowed water to flood the bathroom and on three bed pillows when 4 was needed. We had to ask for a kettle to make tea our friends already had one in their room when they arrived. We got a kettle and two tea bags but no cups. Ended up using a bathroom glass.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of hot water and beds were comfy. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and fresh and as it was an all you could eat buffet good value and there was lactose free milk available if you asked.

I asked for a high room with a view please! I received a low room with a view of the stairwell. The place was nearly empty so this seems thoughtless and uncaring. Also the eggs at breakfast were inedible. Reception staff seemed in no hurry to check me in.

The room was quite small but had everything we needed. An added bonus was a very comfortable be and a duvet as the weather was quite cold.

That the massage was not available on Sundays and you had to pay $15 Euros per person to use the jacuzzi spa area for only 1 hour, this should be included in the price of your room or have unlimited time for use of jacuzzi area.

The location was great, quiet in the evening yet steps away from the main areas of attractions. Breakfast buffet was not included but for $10 Euros per person it was well worth it, lots of variety and nice to have fresh orange juice machine. Rooms were clean

It was 5 mins walk from the bus station and 5-10 min walk to the old town, so the location was absolutely perfect. And the hotel was very clean

Room on the small side, no view from window, disappointing terrasse area. Good place from which to visit Ronda, good room to sleep but not to hang out.

Phenomenal bathroom! So great to not have to wait even one second to get hot water, or to instantly adjust the water temperature. Great location.

Extremely central hotel, very well located. It sits right off the main street running through the town, and is itself also just a 10 minute walk from the train station. The mattress was also extremely comfortable, major plus!
