Pools so cold we wish we could have enjoyed it more. Aircon/heating was complicated to use and wish they came and swept up everyday. Also slightly cold at night so had to ask for blankets but was fine after that

It would have been nice to have an iron in the room! The TV only had a few channels, a smart TV to be able to connect your phone to would be good too.

The prices at the hotel bar were very expensive for both food and drinks. Go out and about and other little bars are more reasonably priced.

The location of Ola Apartments was very good. In the centre of everything and close to the beach.

We would have been wished that there is any salt and also a towel for the dishes. Maybe they could provide some „starter boxes“ with also coffee and small bottles of oil. I would pay for it for sure.

Only small cons about the property are 1) the pool was not warm it was really really freezing although it was 26 degrees outside I struggled to go in the water which I would have really liked to do. 2) We stayed for a week and our bedding only got changed once. We were told housekeeping would come every three days. We arrived Sunday and they came Wednesday as expected and the room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. On the saturday they had been again and gave us fresh towels but no fresh bedding - was quite annoying although we were leaving at 6am the next morning so didn’t bother to question it with anyone or cause a fuss.

We had an apartment with balcony - it was nicely furnished with all you could need and was a couple minutes walk away from the main building which made it feel like a proper apartment. The apartment was basic but very nice and fresh looking. The air on was great and the balconies were great sizes. The staff are all very kind and helpful and check-in and check-out was so easy. The entertainment was fun, we watched the Abba show and loved it. There’s plenty loungers at the pool and the restaurant had lovely food and snacks. The location is amazing, exceptional value given that you are a 5/10 min walk to both Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda beaches which are some of the most beautiful beaches i’ve ever visited. Also 10 minute walk to the main area with all of the bars and restaurants.

The place was not very clean, the floors were dusty and could have used a bit more of a clean. Every evening there is a show in the entertainment area which goes on till midnight, so the atmosphere is not very peaceful in the evenings.

The location is great, very near the main beach and the centre of Cala d'Or. Great pool area!

Apartment: We had no complaints about our apartment. One thing to note is that there are no lifts - this was not an issue for us on the top floor, but just worth noting. Similarly, we stayed in block 3 which was a bit further away from the pool but again this wasn’t an issue for us. Pool: The pool opening times are 10-6 and the whole area closes quite promptly just before 6. Bar: We had no complaints. Location & Area: The location and area were great. Due to the time of year, mid September, we found that the area was very quiet of a day time. This wasn’t a massive issue and the area was much busier of an evening with live music and lots of places to eat and drink. Everything seemed to be shutting up by midnight. We might consider going a bit earlier on when it may be a bit busier.

As a young couple looking for a few relaxing nights away at the end of summer, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at OLA. Apartment: We stayed in the large terrace apartment, which was clean, very spacious and really nice in general. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed I.e. kettle, etc. and the air con worked really well. If it is within budget, I would recommend upgrading to the large terrace apartment - for us, it didn’t work out much more expensive and we really enjoyed the extra room outside on the balcony. Pool: The pool facilities were great. There were more than enough sun-beds and umbrellas outside, which meant that was no race to put towels down in the morning (which is something we like to avoid). The facilities were clean and looked really nice in general. Bar: The bar situated next to pool was very convenient during the day when relaxing around the pool for food or refreshments. There was also a pool table, table tennis, and other arcade-style games. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. The bar plays live music every night, which goes on until around midnight. Location & Area: The location was perfect. We were a short 2-5 minute walk into the main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Our closest supermarket was across the road, a 1 minute walk from the apartment. We were also only 2-5 minute walk away from the closest beach. We enjoyed a slightly longer walk around the marina (15mins) where there are more bars and restaurants. There is a large selection of places to eat, drink and shop.

The live music was great but it’s does go on till late so it can be noisy at bedtime. Also at times the air conditioning appeared not to work.

Only a few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Great location for visiting anywhere in the town. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and a good size for the kids to play in. The tropical bar had pool tables and air hockey and ping pong for the children.

Not the hotel's fault but we should've asked for ground floor flat when booking, as we had baby buggy to carry up the stairs to second floor with no lift... but nothing to complain really, all was as expected, thank you.

We had a massive terraced apartment for our family and we could see the sea on one side and mountains on the other, very picturesque with sun loungers and table to eat and sunset viewing. Loved that we had kitchen facilities and could have breakfast and lunch there. The pool was an absolute favourite, very clean and tidy and well maintained. And proximity to beach, of course. When we checked out we were allowed to use pool and courtesy shower and leave our luggage as we had flight at night, thanks for that.

Someone living at a nearby property has a bunch of cockerels that start their relentless town crying shift from the early hours of the morning. My sleep was disturbed because of this. Unfortunately it would put me off staying again.

A clean recently renovated room with everything we needed. Great shower and efficient air con. We were in block 4 and enjoyed its peaceful terrace area, especially at the end of a beach day. The pool is only accessible from 10-6. This means you don’t get people putting towels on loungers during the middle of the night, which is good. The apartment is in a convenient location for accessing a choice of beaches and all the restaurants and shops of Cala D’or. We also took an easy 20 minute bus ride to Cala Mondrago, a beautiful beach/nature reserve. There were friendly and professional staff at reception, particularly Jose and Mariana. It was made clear that room cleaning would happen once every three days but we could change our towels at any time if desired.

The hotel has a restaurant/bar with animation that plays very loud music until midnight. There is no sound isolation, so it is very noisy until midnight. The TV is small and outdated, but wasnt a big issue as you probably wont spend a lot of time in the room :)

Great location in Cala d'or within 5/10 minutes walk to 3 calas. Also only few minutes walk to the center of cala d'or with all the restaurants and shops. Very central spot to go see the south of Mallorca as close to many beautiful beaches and calas. The room is very spacious and has a large balcony with a couple of chairs and where to hang up washing. You can easily park for free in the street, or get private parking from hotel for 5EUR. Nice and helpful staff, they gave us good recommendations on best beaches in the area.
