Although the most of staff was friendly, but only a few speaks in english. Due to the size of the hotel, there are a lot of guests, it could be disturbing during the meal.

The hotel location was really good for us, because it's a silencent area, and finding parking place was not so dificult as in Spain usually :) (Although never has free parking place in front of the hotel, but there are near!) The food selection was wide, and delicious. The beach is near. The room was comfortable. Summarize, we felt ourselves really nice.

We don't have shampoo in room, bedding was a little dirty. We couldnt like dinner and breakfast. That s okay, standard but not delicious. There was so many people, you cant find long chair or you cant find any chair for watch to show in the night.

I like swimming pool, activities, large rooms. Cleaning was okay.

The room facilities stated we had air conditioning,when we complained that we didn't have any ( it was 24 degrees and very hot 3 or 4 nights) they first sent someone from reception who couldn't get it working so sent a maintainance man who advised we could only have hot air,this was confirmed by another staff member on reception.I asked if I could borrow an iron and ironing board I was told they had no ironing boards and it would be €10 for an iron for 3 days,I advised I only wanted it for 10 mins but 3 days was the minimum.There were no tea making facilities in the room but you could have a kettle if you were willing to pay €12 every 3 days!.The restaurant reminded us of a school canteen it was very noisy and you could hardly move around without people bumping into you.The food was okay( ish).all the hot food like beans bacon and sausage at breakfast and veg potatoes and anything other than meat being freshly cooked was cold.

The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable.The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds( though it was only the end of April don't know what it would be like mid summer).there was entertainment in the evening.

We stayed with my friend only for one night, but we were positively surprised by this hotel. I would highlight a great price quality ratio. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and a quite big bathroom.

Not all the staff was welcoming and some had difficulties to understand English. The bed in the room was quite hard. The parking only allowed people to enter by car entry : no possibility to enter by people entry (need a key in addition to the pass)

The environment, the swimming pool, the bar were lovely. The room was great with a big balcony and AC system. The half-board was good and cheap, with possibility to exchange lunch and dinner. The spa was good with a large available facilities.

Although we visted in September the air conditioning units had been turned off for the winter in the rooms, our room was 32 degrees one night and nothing we could do about it, other than rent a fan. The weather outside was still 25 degrees so it appeared a strange move. At first the receptionist was very unhelpful, however following a discussion with the manager we were provided with a fan free of charge

We stayed in Hotel 2, it was modern, rooms are very spacious and facilities are very good. Much quieter and easy going than Hotel 1 appears. We really enjoyed our stay. Food was really good and offered good variety. Value for money was great

Nice breakfast selection but you cannot take breakfast to your room. The hotel breakfast started at 8:30am but the sister hotel serves from 8am so had to go there as I had a early flight and had to leave. Spa and pool opens late in the morning so didn’t get to use it

Some days there weren't enough beds to lie on around the pool but thats because some people left their towels on the beds and headed off for hours!

The area was really lovely, staff very helpful and our room was very clean. The best bit was the food..we really looked for to our meals. The choice was superb.

Overall, although a very nice hotel with great food, we found it a bit pricy. Over 200,- a night for half board is just too much. It's a 4 star hotel but a bit too massive with too many guests.

Very nice food with great diversity. Lot's of choice and every day another theme. The room (junior suite) was great and there was cleaning every day.

We found it a bit odd that our room didn't have a kettle, tea/coffee making facilities or bottles of water which are common things in other hotels. The hallway vending machines for bottled water also didn't work. Staff also seemed a bit frustrated and stressed at times which came across as rude

This is our second time visiting in four years. We mainly loved this hotel for its spa.

With full pension the beverages in lunch and dinner are not included and we were not informed when reserving via Booking. You need to use a card for each meal, and the paper card for the Spa - perhaps they could improve their system, so we could only use the room card. We visited in October and we didn't know that only one Hotel of complex would be open, so instead of several restaurants and outdoor swimming pools we could only visit one. The swimming pool of the Hotel II was not so nice as the others. The restaurant is bit crowed and confusing. The only thing to improve in the Spa is to be a bit less people inside, we visited in October (so the pandemic is in a controlled stage), yet it was quite crowed due to the fact people did not need to show any certificate to enter.

Very good spa (with the extra fee), the best equipped I ever visit. Good updated and clean facilities. Rooms very comfortable and quiet. The food in the buffet restaurant specially at lunch and dinner was very diversified and very good.
