The bed was a bit hard and I would have preferred a modern shower instead of a bath with shower attachment.

The room was clean and very quiet, the staff were very nice, the breakfast room was bright and spacious and there was a wide range of food to choose from. There were plenty of parking spaces.

The bar and cafeteria were functional, but these areas lacked any ambiance. The comfort, the decor and the food were lacking and all had the appeal of Noia bus station. More thought needs to be given to the needs of guests seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment at the end of the day. A beer or a glass of wine before supper should be taken in a relaxing and pleasing area, not in an area that has no charm or character. A waste of its potential, it needs a re-design. However the staff were very willing, helpful and, despite the surroundings, very cheerful.

All up to expectations and mainly favourable. Breakfast was good and full of choice.

This is a 4 star hotel but the restaurant was shut and they could only offer a cafeteria menu, not good enough. Especially as it is in a quite remote location with no alternative nearby.

It ‘s pretty far from Ourense, but that’s what you choose for.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice and efficient. The Wifi didn’t work but the lady at the reception helped to solve the problem. The garden in front of the hotel looked beautiful and the parking spot was shaded. But in high season there aren’t enough places in the shade, I guess.

The only "less positive" point was no car charging point.

The staff was very nice! The mattress was extremely comfortable. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Pleasant place with lots of room around the hotel.

complimentary water and amenities were for 2 (not for 3). Toilet didn’t have a brush. the credit card reader didn’t work with my usual card (not their fault, but the bank’s)

A very big room (triple) with a king size bed and a sofa bed located in different spaces. Room had a bottle complimentary water. All kind of amenities (from toothbrush to shaving foam, or sleepers). there were hand wash gel, body cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. no waiting time at reception.

Hotel is a little out of fashion. It denotes it was so good years ago, but it is not really now. It is a little far from Ourense.

A bit outdated. No hair conditioner. Music played over a loudspeaker 24/7 in one of our rooms. It was very low but a bit annoying. There was no way to shut it off. Breakfast was not included in our price. Doors were very loud when closing from the outside. Overall though, we would stay at the property again.

The interior was very clean. Our rooms and bathrooms exceptionally clean. Beds were super comfortable. Pool area and water sparkling clean. Breakfast options were plenty.

Needs renovation and a gardener to fix the garden and outdoor areas
