The toilet didn’t have hand washing liquid, the kitchen was not complete and you had to buy some things yourself.

The apartment was clean and modern. It has lots of windows with full light which was perfect. 3 separated room with closet was a very brilliant idea. There were lots of plates and glasses to use. All the towels were clean and ready to use, bed sheets as well. The pool area which was on the roof was fine and perfect for doing sunbath, although the pool was tiny. The location was awesome, being close to many supermarkets and public transportation was really good.

The pool is super small, so lower your expectations regarding the pool. Plus, we had a neighbour who was partying from 9 pm to the next day at 1 pm which wasn’t ideal for sleeping.

We received on email information that we shouldnt use to much water and electricity what was joke for us. Terrace was open till 23p.m but smokers after this time had to go from fifth floor for down to smoke because you couldnt use terrace. There wasnt enough toilets rolls so we had to buy. We had to buy also bin bags and dish soap for our money. That not nice. One plus was that location was very good thats all.

RUN! The flat was infested with bed bugs and no solutions were provided whatsoever! We waited for support that never came. We couldn’t sleep because of the bugs. The service is a scam and communication il y efficient when it’s about making money out of tourists. No compensation were made by the owner. Do not count on Booking.com either. The manager of the place was of no help at all

The whole apartment was shoddy in our opinion. Lots of things were broken eg all the chairs, the shower head and shelf & the washing line was held together with cling film. The soda didn’t have any cushions and it was very uncomfortable. Also, the lift came up to the fifth floor where the apartment is but did not go down!! You had to either walk down 5 floors or to a floor where the lift reached as it had been blocked from going down from the fifth floor. There was one heater for the whole apartment and the double bedroom was very cold. We would not go back.

1. Terrible view from the window. 2. Lacking renovation for a long time. 3. Insects in the cutlery compartment. 4. Upon arrival, we found greasy frying pans and poorly washed pots. I had to clean up after someone. 5. We stayed for 7 nights and got only 4 tablets for dishwasher. When I asked the host if i could got some, they said that they will bring and brought none. The same with trash bags. 6. Waste sorting is not provided. 7. Very cheap uncomfy matrasses. 8. Lack of sound insulation from the front door.

The facilities need a bit more maintenance. We had issues with the a/c. (Maintenance came to fix it asap) The pool was a bit dirty, not sure if the water was circulating most of the time. The ceiling in the apartment needs maintenance, it rained one night and we had water in our bed. Bed Blankets could use a change. They’re a bit tired.

Location is great, close to everything, access to the roof terrace and pool. Kitchen/ fridge/ washing machine and rest of appliances were working well and clean. Support from management was great.

The third bedroom did not have a curtain and the curtain pole was broken. the double bed did not have a proper fitted sheet and the flat sheet provided was too small . I expected it to look cleaner, the walls and cupboard needed a wipe over. There were only pillow cases provided for 1 pillow each. Payment of tourist tax was an additional admin hassle that took me some time to successfully transfer and 5 euros per head per night seemed higher than the published rate.

Location 3 bedrooms and the terrace with pool made it great base to explore Barcelona. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The access code entry was really convenient and easy to use.
