We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainRooms were a bit dusty, windows needed a clean, some leaves and bits on the bedroom floor. Probably we were one of the first overnighters in a while, due to the pandemic, and the finca is only open Wed-Sunday at the moment, so maybe that has affected cleaning standards. It would not put us off returning to the property
Staff were all lovely and helpful and we enjoyed the bar/dining terrace. Rustic property, with farmhouse style charm, which was exactly what we had in mind and the room and bathroom seemed freshly painted and in good order

United KingdomThe owner is a racist he called the police on me because I'm black and disabled very rude I was told not to eat the food by other residents, the place was dirty they search ur room when ur not there, money went missing. I had to pay £50 twice a day to come and go in a taxi to eat or to the beach or do anything no one can speak English apart from the racist manager. The is no air con and no lighting inside the rooms its dark at night, I had a lot of insects in my room and my clothes got bed bugs so I had to throw away all my designer clothes away. They also have no disabled facilities.
It looks nice but u need a car it's on the middle of a mountain it coast a lot of money to get to from the airport

A very relaxed, friendly family run hotel. No airs and graces with excellent food and a very helpful staff. The perfect place to get away from it all without having to put up with homogeneity of large branded hotels.
