Air conditioning only worked in heating mode, making the room uncomfortably warm. Surrounding area is a bit bereft of amenities.

bathroom facilities - no hair conditioner. only filled in tanks with shower gel/shampoo which was not good for my skin. i had to by my own shampoo, hair conditioner and soap. Water supply. it was mentioned that free boudle os water are avilable each day , but they were not provided.

The separation of the room and bathroom/ toilet was a bit low and no noise separator. Not ideal for a romantic couple as there is no privacy.

Nothing could have been better.

Everything was up to the standard. Only thing is the noise surrounding the building. A lot of construction going on in the area.

The breakfast was overpriced for the quantity, quality and variety. Although the staff was very nice, it was quicker to go down yourself than to use room service over the phone sometimes. The pool at the roof could have been cleaner and it needed more personality.

The room was clean and modern looking. It had very good air-con and the staff was very nice. The walls were thick and overall very quiet, and the room was bright and calming, which made for a relaxing stay. Can't give it any faults!

Bathroom is not as a separate room, it’s all part of the room. Toilet door and shower cabin door can not be closed and there is a hole so that people can see you in the toilet/or shower cabin

Parts of the room furniture need to be changed. I stayed at the hotel 11 years back when everything was shinning. It requires now some renovation and more modern items to uphold its attractive uniqueness that has made me choose it to restay at after a long time.

The hotel location, cleanliness, the breakfast and its big, quite hall where a joyful day begins are all great.

The hotel room didn't come with free bottled drinking water nor tea for guests. No shower cap nor body cream in bathroom. We were on the 8th floor and the floor was vibrating possibly due to construction in the environment. The roller blind in our room 811 wasn't functioning but thankfully we were out all day and could do without it at night.

My request for early check in was granted as we arrived Barcelona on a morning flight. They had a happy birthday message waiting in my sister's room. Though they could have done better and I actually expected better, than just a plain sheet print out placed on table in the room. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is walking distance to Fira metro station and close to the airport

The staff working at the hotel was very kind and accommodating. The room was quite spacious, very clean and overall nice. There aren't many things around the hotel but it was very easy to commute to the city center and airport because the metro station is nearby.
