You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good hotel,a pleasure to stay there. Great to be able to walk into town and enjoy a meal and a drink. The host spoke very good English. Secure parking was available. Comfortable bed,nice size room. Hot powerful shower. A really enjoyable stay.

United Arab EmiratesThe room was very expensive given it is reasonably basic. We booked a quadruple room and messaged to confirm there were beds for two adults and two children, but when we arrived they had not set up a fourth bed. Breakfast did not start until 9:30am on a Saturday, which is a bit late for families with younger children.
There are few hotels in Sant Sadurni and this is close to the centre of town, and near to the main cava bodegas.

United KingdomI think the TV batteries were low as the TV wouldn't work through it.
The lady that greeted us was extremely friendly warm and welcoming and made us feel like special guests. We arrived on the day that our Queen Elizabeth II passed away and the lady that greeted us gave us a very heart felt condolences for our Queen and country for which we were very touched by.
