Sometimes the other guests can be noisy and the leave the restrooms not as well as expected, but the hostel keeps the facilities clean.

It is an awesome option for the price. I would really recommend this place for its comfort.

Not the best part of Palma - I chose due to its closeness to the airport, but misjudged a bit as it was still about a 30 minute bus. Hostel was fine and safe, but wouldn't recommend the area

- Noise isolation (you could hear the shower through 2 doors! Or even the guys laughing on the ground floor - we were at level 2) - Check in took 45 minutes for 10 people - 8 digit pass code to enter (4 or 6 digit would be an improvement)

We ordered double bed, but actually they were twins beds together, so not that comfortable. There was a set for tea/coffee missing, only vending machines in common space.

Perfect location, just 5 mins from the beach, close to Palma. Nice staff, big room, always clean.

Marcos was super friendly and the place was really clean. The cleaner was there everyday doing the bathrooms. The location is good, near the beach, and near the bus stop to the airport and to Palma. I had work calls on one of the days and the WiFi was really good.

I like the hostel in general. But my room was very dark and right beside the share bathroom. So it’s a bit noisy. But I guess it’s just luck if you get a big window room or no.

It was very proper, they clean it everyday day. The room are very good, the toilet is in common and there is no kitechen. It was more like a hotel than a hotel.. It was five minutes to the beach wich was awesome. Also close to the bus to go to Palma center. I do recommend it.

Good place to stay close the beach The rooms were clean and good size. Great location - tavernas nearby, supermarkets, close to the city center as well as the beaches. The automated access allows you to get in/out whenever you want and make your check in\aut super easy. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Garau a lot, definetely very good price for the value. The only thing that we would recommend would be to supply at least a bar fridge in the room and a kettle to make coffee and tea in the room. The coffee machine in the foyer area was out of order for a few days and having the convenience of making your own in the room would definitely improve guests experiences. Another thing that was quiet annoying was the doors to all the rooms on the floor squeaked very loudly, which is easily fixed with WD40. Also the noise level of other guests was very noticeable due to poor sound proofing. (Not appreciated at 2am in the morning). Other than these few annoying things we enjoyed our 1 week stay.

Great comfortable beds in the room with double glazed window for noise control was a bonus as our room faced onto the street. The rooms were a good size for 2 single people sharing with room to move around. 3 bathrooms, although small were always clean and we never had to wait to use. Located walking distance to everywhere, shops, restaurants, beach, bus transport from the airport, etc. So you could not ask for a better location if looking for a holiday with all services close by.

- Due to there not being a reception, some guests take advantage of this and act "unruly", talking loudly while mostly being very drunk (even in the early afternoon). - Some sort of common kitchen and fridge would have been the icing on the cake.

- The completely automated access allows you to get in/out whenever you want, and even to store the room key in a safe place before going out. - Very close to the beach, to a lot of shops and restaurants/cafes. There is a lot partying going on at night, which can be a plus for some people. - The structure is incredibly cozy, it smells nice and the air conditioning is top notch (both in the corridors and in the rooms). - The room is pretty well cleaned, and there are enough shared bathrooms to avoid too much congestion. - The beds are also very comfortable.

First ever hostel we stopped. It was better than expected. 3 showers/toilets downstairs with doors. So you do get privacy. Sink in my room so you can brush teeth, wash face etc.. Lovely cleaning staff. Absolutely Fantastic. Will come back 😃 A*
