Immaculate room, well equipped, very friendly team throughout . Excellent beds, great nights sleep. Incredible value for money

Really nothing. If I was being picky, the shower could do with a curtain as it wet the floor. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's personal preference. That's how picky I'm being.

This was a last minute emergency booking at midnight and I couldn't have been happier. The overnight receptionist was so kind and lent me a phone charger. The room was not as fancy as some but comfortable. The shower was hot and the coffee machine and pods a bonus. Breakfast was included in the price. There was a good spread of cold meats cheeses cereals fruits yoghurt bread and tea or coffee. The hotel is also a co working space with gym and vending machines dotted around. Ideal for emergency snacks. It's on the industrial estate but very quiet overnight and handy for the hospital.

The wifi didn't work properly. The wifi was weak. Besides the location wasn't very amusing.

We liked a lot the comfort of the room. Specially the bed which was very soft. Also the tv had netflix and other platforms that were easy to sinc with.

Nothing really. It certainly met our needs

Bedroom small but comfortable for our one night stay. Secure garage parking for our motorcycles. Easy to find hotel. Food issues were of slight concern but we got there. Staff were first class, especially Tall lady in restaurant and Borsa at reception. Great guy.

The breakfast room was large and although it was buffet style it was difficult to get coffee or tea as a waitress had to get it and was not always available. It was a bit confusing.

It was a relatively new build and we had perfect stay. We seemed to be upgraded and had a large room at the corner of the corridor which was beyond what we expected. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast great.

Breakfast and dinner were both a disappointment. The included breakfast is very basic and for the buffet one (as one would have expected as standard from such an hotel) you have to pay an extra, for not getting much in return. The restaurant food is good but quite overpriced.

Excellent price/quality ratio for a modern and clean hotel, with safe parking and also a fitness center.

We knew that the hotel was situated on an industrial estate some way from the city. However we had hoped that sone of the other catering establishments nearby would be open - On a weekend afternoon and evening, they were not. So, we were faced with either a drive or dinner in the attached restaurant which was adequate but reminiscent of a works canteen.

Location is bit far from city. Staff shoul declare clearly and in advance what's included and what's not included in the paid breakfast. We were asked to pay extra because we ate one extra bread. Also very limited breakfast

The check-in was incredibly efficient. All employees extremely kind. The room has a good size. The bed is comfortable, bathroom well organized. Everything was clean. Breakfast was faire despite not been a buffet. Parking free available.

Very nice loft-style hotel, looks almost new, clean and confy. Very good restaurant with day menu at 14 Eur. Note: lokates in industrial area, a bit on side from city center, but not a problem if you are with a car aa u can drive and part almoust againt wall of the old town

Reception staff were extremely efficient and very helpful. They spoke English too and could not do enough to make our stay a good one. The restaurant and bar staff were also professional and very friendly. restaurant and bar prices were very reasonable and very competitive. Our room was modern , very large and had a modern en suite with a hot tub spa bath. The bed was extremely comfortable. TV with Netflix,UTubs and Amazon prime Situated in a commercial/ industrial area it was easy to find just off the motorway and easy then to get to Lugo for sightseeing. Covered garage parking that could fill up on weekdays.
