The breakfast was very average. Advice would not to get breakfast but instead sample the small cafes nearby.

Staff were very friendly, busy and metro routes were nearby and there are plenty of places to grab food very close by.

Original room was tiny with run-down decor and a broken bathroom door. Also, the original request of two separate beds was not honored. They did however move us to a suitable room.

Location is quiet but in decent reach of restaurants and public transit by a brief walk. Beach is very close, and not the crazy tourist ones. The staff was quite helpful and friendly.

The original room was too hot & air con isn't working in individual rooms until hotel deems it hot enough outside. Primitive. I changed rooms to a cooler side of building but ventilation still poor. I didn't like sheet under the duvet - I prefer a duvet cover so I don't touch the duvet that other people have touched.

I liked the bathroom with a big make up mirror. The breakfast had nice fresh bread but no fresh yoghurt

Most of the staffs are rude especially at the dinner. The dinner is poor, not really worthy.

The breakfast was tasty and filling. Our room was quiet and clean, with regular changing of the towels every day. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful, even providing us with locations of local restaurants to try out Barcelonian cuisine. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, because it is close to a bus stop and metro station through which you can get to the city center very easily. The beach in front of the Hotel was also really nice to walk along, even in the off-season, when we visited.

While breakfast itself was OK, service could be improved. Many things from the buffet are quickly picked and refilling takes time. Same with the coffee machine, only 1 out of 2 was working which led to long queues. It happened to me twice that while I was waiting for the buffet to get refilled or waiting in the coffee line that my table was cleaned up, despite I was still in midst breakfast. And even after I've told the staff person, they did not lay new cutlery on my table but simple continued cleaning up other tables with a brief "sorry".

The hotel is well located, in particular for my business trip, as it was close to the CCIB and also close to a variety of restaurants.

I'd say the worst things were the lack of sockets in the room so we had to keep swapping devices and also we were staying there for just under 2 weeks and it would have been nice to have somewhere to unpack our clothes (no wardrobe or basic shelving even). It also was not a very happening area so don't expect to spend much time there. I should also mention the lighting in the room was quite poor in all areas.

Good price and decent location. A little tough to get to the main areas via metro (10 min walk to nearest station) and not as direct access to the beach as we thought (our fault), but the staff was lovely.

The room of the course was not very clean. The break organisation - sometimes the machina of coffee doesn't work with normal coffee only with descafeinado coffee. The fruits were from yesterday not fresh.

One staff member in the dining room was very rude. We approached and he scowled and said 'sit down". we didn't. We left and went elsewhere.

Cleanliness, hairs were find in the shower and on the wardrobe. Hotel facilities has not been introduced( restaurant, gym, breakfast ect.)
