Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.. location excellent... excellent facilities with spacious rooms and lots of storage space.. only negative was that the rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment but they are aware of this as whilst we were there we saw rooms that were getting a refurb, so hopefully when we return they will have completed all the rooms.. which would make this place fantastic...

Having to pay extra for use of the built-in safe. Music at the pool all the time the poolside bar was open. Why play music at all? Peace & quiet would be much better
Good sized appt and balcony overlooking the large pool. When we signalled a blown lightbulb and a missing corkscrew they were sorted very quickly. Confirmation email received from our airport transport was brought direct to our apartment.

pool was not cleaned as much as it should be, pool area was always full of litter, one particular item being there for 6 weeks! Pool bar staff played loud repetitious rock music most of the day

The swimming pool was unusably cold and the bar was hardly ever open. The pool was one of the main reasons for booking.
The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean.

Nothing.
The Fuente Park Apartments are ideally located for a visit to Corralejo. Just off the main street, the town's bars and restaurants are just minutes away. The nearest beach is very close as are the shops and supermarkets. I will be back as soon as possible. The staff were most helpful, always ready to respond to requests.

Liked it all. Would have liked better wifi. Even if I paid extra for it.
Apartments very central. Lovely swimming pool. Kitchen adequate for meals and snacks. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff, who printed out the dreaded passenger locator forms. Good value for money. Considering another stay this year hopefully.n

The rooms could do with an update but are comfortable enough given the price we paid.
Carmella on reception was really helpful and gave us really useful information. She is a real ambassador for the hotel demonstrating excellent customer service skills and genuine warmth.

Really nice apartment complex. Our stay was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception staff, nice pool area and bar, our room was a little dated decor-wise, but very clean and comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Great location for central Corralejo and beaches. Fuentepark is highly recommended.

The apartment are sorely in need of an upgrade and the colour scheme was horrible. I would prefer to pay a bit more and have a better apartment. I was surprised that that the safety deposit box was 1.80E a day
The pool area was very good and the Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. At 40 pounds a night if was good value, but the reason for that is below.

Apartment was perfect, beds were a little uncomfortable but didn't stop us sleeping well. Basic utensils for cooking but everything you would need was there.
Great location in Corralejo, just a minute walk to get to main strip and 5 minutes to the beach. Everything was within walking distance. Apartment had everything you would need. Pool side was lovely and overall the complex was well looked after. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had an amazing holiday.
