- The room with two single beds was quite small. It did have a desk, chair and a decent enough bathroom but not a great amount of space. - The beds weren't that comfy but is okay after a long tiring day. - Very minor problem but as mentioned above, because of Palace Güell being opposite to the hotel, a few rude tourists were in the doorway of the hotel taking photos of the windows or of the palace which was difficult for us to go past them to get inside. This happened on a few occasions but didn't bother us too much.

- The location is absolutely insane. Extremely near all the hubble bubble of the streets of La Rambla. Near enough to the metro station. Literally opposite to Güell Palace. - The hotel lobby looks really posh and has a few Gaudi inspired statues at the front which caused a few tourists to take photos of it. - The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit here again!

Location is awesome. the hotel is right behind a police station. rooms are smaller but comfortable, bathrooms are good. slow and small elevator, fabulous breakfast. staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The elevators were confusing at first - but it was minor and just for a few times. It would have been nice to have facial tissue in the bathroom.

The location was just off Las Ramblas and convenient to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, Gaudi sites. Using the Metro we were able to go to the Santes station and avoid crowds/traffic on St. Jorges day. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage in lockers until our room was ready - and they switched our room so we could get in earlier. The room was CLEANED well every day.

The “modern” rooms at least have a new concept of incorporating the bathroom in the same room area which makes it a little bit uncomfortable.

The room was very old fashioned and had paint peeling off above the room door. I am from the UK and like tea making facilities in my room.

Great location, not our first time in the city, so the location is good, especially if first time visitor. It had a bath, which was a massive bonus after walking all day. Very friendly staff.

I can’t complaint, everything was great

Right in the middle of La Ramblas, key card to your hotel room, lift, access to terrace, hotel during the night so very safe for guests. Friendly staff. Lovely view from the roof f the hotel with many loungers, tables with chairs for guests to relax. Especially good if your room is with ,,no view” through the window. Small gym on site for free as well plus a cafeteria.

Room was stuffy, air con was super loud and sounded like it was going to fall off the wall.. dirt dangling from the ceiling in bathroom, dust was so thick on the light shade you could write your name in it. Lift kept taking us to floor R before taking us wherever we wanted to go 😅

The storage area for luggage which was needed since we got there early after getting off a cruise, was horrible. It was on the top (bottom ones were taken), and it was very hard to lift my suitcase up to put it in the locker. I wish we could have stored our luggage by the front desk.

I love the location. This was our second time staying here. The shower was great as well. The breakfast was really good.
