Great stay close to main part of town.. Facilities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very tentative and answered any questions that we had. Breakfast was perfect for 4 euro with toast, croissant, orange juice and coffee. Big vibe :))

Amazing location. We took the bus from Mahon and the station is only 2 min away from the hotel. Walking distance to the bus station to the calas and really close to all the restaurants. Super clean and comfortable! They offer a €4 breakfast too. The staff was helpful and super friendly and it’s reasonable priced. I’d definitely be staying here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to ciutadella. The rooms were a good size and decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were very modern and exceptionally clean. It was such a good location, about 3 min walk to the old town. The staff were so lovely and helpful

Rooms in the first floor are better than the other rooms. They have more space inside and if you are lucky you can get a small balcony. If you book, ask always for a room at the first floor.

Location is perfect to stay in Ciutadella. Close to the main street, close to the restaurants and to the bus station in case you are travelling by bus. There are a lot of parking spots near the hotel. The staff was superb. Always kind, gentle and available to help/support the customer.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the centre of Cuitadella. Very clean in all areas, rooms were comfortable.

The Geminis was a Hidden Gem. It was incredible value for money, the room was large and had everything you would want. The whole hotel was very well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is located only 200m from the Bus Station so travel to anywhere on the island is very easy. Restaurants are close by and the port is only a 10 minute slow walk away.

The breakfast could have been a bit nicer (in the way it was prepared), but at the same time it was also very cheap so it was okay.

It had a beautifully renovated bathroom and wardrobe. The location was great and also close to a lot of convenient bus stops.

There's nothing to dislike which is why this was our 7th visit.

We have stayed here many times and always get a good welcome from the family centred team. The city location is ideal for us and having quiet rear pool is good. It is also convenient for the bus from Maó and also for walking to the beach Platja Gran.

The hotel is actually in the same road as the bus stop to/from Mao (not to be confused with the bus station for more local trips). And it was nice to have a continental breakfast there, at 4 Euro each.

Improved amenities in the room would have been nice (e.g., extra pillows and proper hand soap).

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of tips to navigate the city and accessing the beaches. The pool was a huge bonus – it was great to relax and cool off after exploring the streets of Ciutadella. Everything you need to see is a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious.

Nothing bothered us at all.

The perfect location for us on our honeymoon. It felt like a really nice family run hotel…very personable and quaint. The room was ideal. Clean and spacious. A nice character to it. Decent air conditioning, nice balcony with a cool rustic view over a small park. The swimming pool is small and cute…but also very quiet and nice to cool down in at the end of the day. The main square and harbour is only 5min walk…so many lovely cafes and restaurants! We walked to a variety of great little beaches (10-20min)… Recommend the botanical quarry too (40min walk inland). My favourite part of the day was nipping down and having the breakfast. Simple but very satisfying. Don’t forget to dip your croissant in the coffee ;) Thanks for a beautiful trip!
