We were given just a set o towels for one person (one for the body, one for the head and one for the basin). It would had been nice having two adittional towels for the shower (body and head), since we were two people. It's true that we did not communicate it via WhatsApp or e-mail (we were mostly outside all day until late), but we passed by reception twice and no one was there. We did not get the jacuzzi to work properly, or at least to heat the water as hot as we are used to. We think there is a problem with the heating. We followed the indications given. However some configurarion errors appeared and additional information regarding the jacuzzi would have been welcome. We did not communicate it because we used it at night. The first night the heating was around acceptable. The major problems with the water temperature arose the second and last night. It was not the proper time for asking for help, and we were not going have time to use it again.

The location was absolutelly great and the apartment was modern, luminous, spacious and provided with many facilities.

Last time there were better toiletries and also there were some cooking basics; coffee, oil, salt and pepper. Also there’s a dishwasher but no tablets for it

I’ve seen lots of dust underneeth the beds. Usually on holidays I stay in appartments it’s at least salt , pepper and oil for cooking. Also washing powder at least few capsules here was none also no ironer which is very important for a holiday. These small things could make a difference for staying.

The bed is very bad. Two separate little beds that are in very poor quality. No information about how to check in. Thought it would be with a key locker but there was a reception in the building where someone was waiting on us. We had to buy new toilet paper ourself, because there was no cleaning during a stay of 4 nights.

Until 12 AM expect to be loud from the restaurants downstairs, so I would not recommend it for family nor people that want to rest. The bathroom might seem nice and interesting only if you are a long time couple as the bathroom is not isolated enough so you can see and hear anything from inside.

Location is walking distance from any point of attraction. Loved the apartment as design. I think an iron would be an improvement for the apartment and some spare towels as the cleaning is not done daily. The noise is not so bad, but if you are a light sleeper it s a no go.

The only small complaint we had was with the Jacuzzi. It didn't get warm enough for us to enjoy. It could be set to 40c however, it only got up to around 30c. Our visit was in January, so it was too cold for us to enjoy the tub.

The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. It's in a great location and has stunning views from the balcony of the cathedral.

Lack of outside space and no views at all from windows. Expected something of a view from 4th floor. No wine glasses and a coffee machine would have been nice. Dishes needed washed before use but could have been down to previous tenants.

Street noise was a little disturbing during the night as we were on the first floor.

Staff were accomodating and helpful! Our flight arrived before check in and reception was nice enough to allow us to leave our bags so we could make the most of our day until check in time. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly as well. The apartment was cosy and intimate and had everything needed.
