You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I lost my glasses in the hotel. I sent a message to the owner and nothing aren't didi to resolve my problem. I need my glasses because I'm very blind e with toutch them I can't work. My glasses are green and I think must have stayed on spa, pool or in room.

PortugalOn check out we were double charged for the buffet dinner (225 euros extra). We failed to check the invoice and only noticed afterwards. The reservation staff was extreemely helpfull in quickly solving the problem.
The hotel is quite nice and very quiet. The warm outside pool is a must. Breakfeast and dinner buffet very enjoyable, although still adapting to COVID times (slightly understaffed). The hotel staff was very helpfull sorting any kind of need or problem we had.
