You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdomextremely run down. desperately in need of help. garden and atrium overgrown. bed barely warm enough in autumn with no other blankets available. heater unit in the room doesn’t work. walls are so thin that the neighbors every move is heard. the owner/staff was in a great hurry and wasn’t seen again after check in. I left this morning without seeing anyone else. breakfast is at ten in a travelers hotel. I left at 7:30 without breakfast. check in was lousy. had to call to be let in. there was no conversation as the owner speaks Spanish and I speak English.

United Kingdomthe absolute vile condition we found the kitchen in rotten food grease everywhere would not advise to eat there ever although not the owners fault there was an impossible language barrier and resorted to using a translator on my phone to even have a short sentence with him pool unusable full of leaves and dead bugs more of a hostel than a hotel

SpainThe photos were misleading and had clearly been taken many years ago. The rooms were shabby and the sheets were nylon. There was nowhere to sit outside the room, nor in it. The outdoor areas were taken by one small birthday party near the pool and there was nothing else left to sit on other than a couple of old plastic chairs at a dirty old plastic table, next to an old and filthy barbecue. There was no bar or restaurant. There only seemed to be one employee who seemed to be being kept there against his will. The free breakfast was nowhere to be seen until the owner told me that it would be at 9.30. This was at 8.30. He said he'd set up a table in the reception area, outside the dark and dirty kitchen, and in a thoroughfare. We left shortly afterwards. Don't be fooled by the photos.

Property is nice, full of plants. Its like a garden inside a city/town. room is big. We book a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The owner Marcial is very kind and the staff also.
