We didn't prefer that the only bathroom in the two bedroom unit was in the back of the master bedroom. Also, it shared an awkward access to the neighboring unit that was occupied by a family with little kids. So, as we had breakfast each morning, they were walking into our space loudly.

The view from the unit was gorgeous! We enjoyed the patio and the pool area. Recycling and disposing of garbage was convenient. Restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach were all within walking distance.

Location was perfect. Close to puerto de mogan, maspalomas and playa anfi del mar. We have a spacious terrace with amazin view, the sunset is gorgeous. The staff is very friendly, Stefania is the best. You got your space and intimacy.

Didn’t have Air con, each room had a powerful fan and sleeping was fine, but I do like coming back to a cooled apartment.

The flat has everything you need, excellent wifi if you need to work and the best view! A car park is also provided, which is very convenient, even though there is usually free parking spots near by. And if you don’t have a car… the bus stop is just down the road, close to a SPAR. And the host is the best ^^ always there to help if there is anything. always a pleasure to come by!

This appartment is realy TOP - views from the balcony are outstanding!!! Service from the moment we arrived has been amazing 10/10! Rooms are comfortable and all the necessary amenities included, I loved the fact that we had more fresh towels. Very good place for your holiday. The pool is perfect too, and its not small. If you rent a car, its possible to get a free private parking too, Just ask Stefania!! Very happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel. We would 100% book again.

It would have been good to have more tourist info, I know I could have found out things on the Internet, but this wasn't always available, and I didn't want to use roaming.

Stefanie was very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony/room was very good. It was nice to have plenty of towels in the bathroom. The accommodation was clean. We didn't use the pool so cannot really comment on that. We were self catering, the shops and restaurants were not too far away. The bus stop was convenient.

If you arrive on your time your room might not be ready.. Pool is really small and I did not see someone in it. The area is generally uphill might be challenging if you are over some age but this is for every accommodation in that area.

We had a great view from our terrace and beach was really close with a great view too. Accommodation was clean and great value for what we have spent. I can recommend it for people who would like to visit that area..

It's up a big hill, great for exercise but maybe difficult for some without a car. But everything else is fantastic and GC is all on hills!

The apartments were very clean, beds were comfortable, it wasn’t too hot to sleep in the bedroom (which to us was important). The pool was really nice and warm and our toddlers loved it. It was also quite safe for them in terms of security of all the facilities. It was also mostly quiet and we got to enjoy quite a few wonderful sunsets from our balconies.

Pool is not heated so you have to embrace the temperature of it :). the washing machine is paid service which normally you get for free when you rent a flat.

There weren`t many people staying at a time so it was quite and peaceful which we enjoyed, the pull was small but enough to cool down on hot day, you have some loungers next to it. the flat was good size. We used it as our new work from home office, we liked the terrace and the view in the evenings. I would gladly stay here again. Bus stop is 5 min walk

If you prefer to cook, the kitchenette is very small without a dedicated counter for chopping etc.

Very nice property; clean and well-kept and spacious enough for two. Particularly enjoyed the balcony and pool area. It’s easy to walk to the beach - anfi beach is about 20 mins but there are others closer by. 5 mins to a Spar and it is an easy walk into Arguineguín and Patalavaca for restaurants, etc.

Pool was lovely but not as big as I'd hoped, enough to cool off and have 3/4 strokes. Beautifully maintained and clean. There is a bit of a climb from Patalavaca up but i did know that. Good exercise.

our terrace was a passage to another apartment so there was no privacy at all. it is not a big problem but it should be written in the description of the room.
