Excellent service, staff always going out of their way to help you. Both breakfast and dinner were really good with a lot of variety and food was freshly prepared for you. The evening entertainment was also a bonus and the performers were very professional.

The parking is a bit small for the size of the hotel.

Our hotel stay has been amazing. To start with the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have arranged a lovely surprise for my friend who celebrated her birthday. The room was spacious and clean with a great view on the pool and sea. There is a direct access to the beach and sea which is very convenient. The outside pool area was nice and relaxing and the breakfast was amazing! We would definitely visit again.

Smashed all expectations. The staff were amazing and made every guest feel special. Friendliness had no boundaries, and constantly checked in with guests for special requests. I've stayed at many top 5-6 star hotels in the world. This ranks right up at the top. Especially the restaurant. Quality of food was phenomenal and multiple dishes being cooked fresh / live, to specified taste. I will be returning shortly with my family, and advise all to push the boat out and stay in a 'suite' room. The outside swimming pools have good depth and extremely spacious. Easy access to the beach and its beauty will shine further in the summer. This Hotel has it all and perfect location to explore the North to South East side of the Island. Only 45 minutes from Palma town.

Fantastic welcome and help at reception. The room is large, nice and fragrant. All employees were very helpful, smiling and nice. The food in the restaurant is fresh, tasty and varied. The service in the restaurant is at the highest level, especially Mrs. Monika. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded our requirements.

We had a late flight to Mallorca which was then delayed so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until late into the evening. However we had a lovely warm welcome upon our arrival and the hotel laid on a complimentary meal and drinks for us as both restaurants had already closed for the evening which was very thoughtful and generous. The food at the hotel was excellent especially the beach view restaurant where we ate every night during our four night stay. We will definitely be back!

Perhaps better soundproofing, as our room seemed to be exceptionally noisy in the earlier morning hours.

The customer service beginning with the check in, restaurant servers, chef, sommelier and director of the hotel are superb. All of the employees go out of their way to make sure that their guests are happy and well taken care of. The employees make this hotel stand out from all of the rest on the island. Limited parking- but it was free!

Very nice facility, staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was incredible. I would have given a perfect rating except for our spa reservations which were overlooked. They tried to rebook them on another day but it didn’t work out for us. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation. We didn’t want to leave.

We enjoyed literally everything. Comfortable accommodation, very attentive and friendly hotel team, very good selection and quality of food. Efficiently arranged hotel area allows to enjoy the sun either by the pool or in the garden. The outdoor swimming pool was pretty small and the temperature could be considered cold for some.

Breakfast was very good, so was the dinner we had at the Paradiso resturant. The room was OK, nothing spectacular, maybe less impressive than most 5* hotels you've been at, but it had everything you need. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the room clean and organized at all times. The hotel is located in a great spot on the middle of Platja del Muro and it takes you 1-2 minutes to hit the beach.

The hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly. The room was nice. We got upgraded to bigger room. The bed was comfortable. Food was great in the restaurant beside the beach. The location is good. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

The kids club is not available on Saturdays and on Monday morning, as there is a horse ride outside the hotel, if your kid is not joining actually there is no kids club as well. The rooms can be modernized and the beds, instead of two single beds put together, it could have real double beds.

The personal in the hotel is very nice and makes a difference for you to feel welcomed. They are super quick and service oriented.

Nice place to stay a few steps to the sandy beach , the staff keep smiling all the time and ready to help you with any thing you need , very good breakfast .. I was worried about some rivews complaining about moskitos but we didn't have any moskitos issue during our one week stay.. conclusion: my family and I loved our stay here.
