Great location. The staff were great ! The mustache guy and the woman who works on the restaurant are great ! Loved the atmosphere, it’s a calm and quiet hotel. Cleaning lady was also very nice!

Concerns for safety of poorly supervised children at rooftop pool

We didn’t have breakfast because it was €26 per person and not included in the room price. We thought this was too expensive.

Roof terrace with pool and bar. The lovely views and relaxing atmosphere. Clean, modern room. Location is great.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after our cruise. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, she gave us lots of information about Barcelona and the best bits to see. We left our bags with the hotel whilst we explored. At check in, they were again amazing and extremely helpful with lots of information and had already put our bags in the room. The room was incredible! Bed was very comfortable and room was a great size! Location was great for us, 10 minute walk to the beach and 30 minute walk into some of the landmarks in Barcelona. There is also a hop on and off bus across the road from the hotel.

Fantastic location, walking distance from the beach and gothic quarter. So many restaurants, bars and shops close to the hotel. Fantastic roof terrace with plunge pool and sunbeds which was great to have after a day of sightseeing. Comfortable rooms and hotel staff were very helpful .

It made our life so easy in a long 7 nights trip to beautiful Barcelona, with the purpose to enjoy the very hip city’s vibes. Couldn’t do a better choice ! Close to everything on foot , nice people, super friendly everyone working in H10, positive vibes, clean and cozy. The restaurant could of offered more variety of different types of things. And the airport might of had a free shuttle service to your guests.

The swimming pool is very small and wished the roams a bit bigger. Our roams were overlooked the back of the hotel; so view wasn’t good but it’s ok for someone spends majority of time outside.

The location is amazing, close to marina area, old town and lots of good restaurants. The hotel is very clean and house keeping is super attentive. The staff are very helpful; especially Lucas at the reception and Eric at the breakfast area.

I have to really think about the bad, and the only thing I can think of is the patchy walls; plaster/paint.

It could get loud in the summer as Barcelona is a very active city and the people tend to enjoy this to a total extent. This could be annoying if you try to downtempo. The prices on Barcelona are generally high so is this location compared to the Middle East.

The Hotel is located close to Estacione De Franca, the Port and Marina Area. There are many outdoor locations around the hotel. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The room is nice. I really liked the amenities provided like a kit on an airplane. They use Rituals products which shows the higher level of standards this Hotel Group has set to itself .
