Family suite was perfect for a family of two adult and two small children. The terrace was very spacious. We booked half board, and ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant everyday and take away from nearby restaurants at night.

The food was a little disappointing compared with other H10 hotels . Breakfast was good but the evening meals were not so good . Often the fruit was hard to eat & not ripe enough and the fish and chicken was tough . The salads though were good and welcome .

Whilst the hotel overall was very well maintained and very clean, the balcony area attached to the room, including sun lounges, would have benefitted from more thorough cleaning..

A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool area very attractive and excellent for children. Bus stop very convenient, right outside the hotel. Overall a great place to stay in Costa Teguise.

The restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner, is really big. Since there are so many kids, the stuff can't clean dishes and tables very fast because there are a lot of kids and their parents, and the kids are throwing away a lot of food on the floor. Sometimes it looks very chaotic and messy. Because it's an open buffet, kids can bite a piece of cupcake and put it back on the buffet table. A lot of food, unfortunately, didn't have a taste.

Since it was a family-oriented hotel, we were afraid that it might be very loud in the evening, but it was pretty quiet and comfortable. Our room included a very big balcony, so it was really great to watch the beautiful sunset every evening. It was also pretty clean and tidy inside. The staff was friendly and always happy to help.

The buffet style dinner for a half-board guest was not what we were after, we wanted to be seated at a table to all catch up and have fun, not have to hustle and bustle to a queue for food where some unsupervised children were picking food with their fingers, blaming parents not staff here

Only facilities I used were the room and the Breakfast service. The Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of choice. I can't comment on pools, entertainment etc as didn't use them.

We were moved room from the villa's into the suites, the difference in both quality of the room was staggering, but we still enjoyed our stay.

The facilities were excellent. We booked in at short notice from an alternative lanzarote hotel and the difference in standard was evident.

The buffet style meals in the main dining room weren’t of the best quality especially the hot food. The food in the poolside restaurant was especially poor.

Pool with slides is freezing cold. Not enough toilets. Sofa bed in the room very uncomfortable needs updating.

Dining area needs extending. Not a ideal place for a couple or teenagers, great place for young families lots of activities for toddlers. Bar area hasn't got a great selection of beer and certain cocktails stopped been served after a certain time. I noticed the sun beds at pool was reserved with towels and no people on them which is unfair when there is a sign up on the hotel saying u can't leau can't reserve sunbeds

Lack of hygiene of fellow guests, especially young children, serving themselves at the buffet.

My family enjoyed the pool, football pitch, and meals/buffet. Also, convenience of beach, shops and cafes. Staff was helpful and friendly; arranged tour which picked up directly in front of hotel.
