Price was a bit too high for a room whitout a window. We had a window to the inner court, which is the inside of the hotel and had to be whith a closed curtain the whole stay. That was quite depressing.

The Hot tub was more of a bath than a jacuzzi but was still nice.

Hotel lobby very classy, nice smell as soon as you walk in, a real feel of luxury. Staff at reception very nice on check in and was helpful storing our luggage for us until our room was available. The suite was nice, with a nice bottle of complimentary fizz.

Our room was bright and modern, however, we prefer a bit more privacy and a glass bathroom door with a mirror almost opposite wasn’t the best design idea for us. The glass door also looked like it needed replacing due to a crack. Shower curtain was not long enough leaving the floor flooded with water that took a while to dry out.

The hotel is perfectly located - very close or in walking distance to the main sights and it is just opposite the metro station. There is an airport shuttle bus within 4 minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. The facilities are great - hotel has a beautiful back garden and a lovely rooftop sun terrace, which we really enjoyed. Staff were very polite, attentive, friendly and gave us good recommendations on nearby restaurants. We were impressed by the service and we would definitely recommend to stay if you are looking for a smaller and quieter hotel.

Air conditioner didn’t go below 20degrees.

Staff on check in were lovely. We were able to check in early after an early flight. Rooms clean. Bed comfy and big.

Beds are quite firm that's a personal choice on my behalf love little more soft.

Very well located walking distance of shopping and main areas. Staff were fabulous and so kind and helpful felt very safe at the hotel. We'll definitely return 😊

Loo roll was a bit rough and had to go to the cafe next door for English tea every morning as didn't know we could get a kettle until the day we left

There were refurbishments happening in the rooms either side of us, and the staff were chatting lousy one morning outside our door.

The rooftop area, the big comfortable bed and the rain shower. It was very modern and the staff were really helpful.

A few mold stains in the shower and some cracks underneath the sink.

Very friendly staff. The room had a good size with smart storage solutions. We got an upgrade. The location was great. Very good breakfast with some variations. They sent a cake upstairs for my son's birthday which was a very nice gesture.

The location was excellent. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms are a good size and had an outdoor terrace. The pool is small but the rooftop area is lovely.
