sometimes had to wait for bar staff when wanting to pay the bill, priority seemed to be clearing tables, at times we found this frustrating after waiting once 10 minutes to pay for 2 coffees

The indoor pool is really small and there are only two deckchairs and there is nowhere to leave your stuff when you enter (no cabinets). The hair dryer is not too strong so if you have long hair it takes long time to dry it. We didn't book the dinner because it was too expensive but there is options to eat in the hotel restaurant which is cheaper than ones on the outside.

Staying at Helios Mallorca Hotel was really above our expectations. The staff is super friendly, the whole hotel is really clean and tidy, the room is good size, we had everything we needed and we even got the free upgrade so we had the pool/sea view. Also, the bathroom and the balcony are good size and you have enough place to dry your towels or clothes. The hotel has outdoor swimming pool which is great, excellent breakfast (I am vegetarian and I had various choices), it was very quiet especially during the night (no flights over the hotel even though its close to the airport). The complementary gift with a personalized message was really nice touch and we enjoyed it very much. Definitely coming back again.

Not enough bar staff, they were incredible but pouring drinks, collecting table orders, cleaning tables, collecting food from the kitchen, setting tables, serving food, collecting payments is just too much for one person.

Hotel looks like it has recently had a massive refurbishment. It is modern, clean and has a great location. The hotel breakfast was good, lots of choice. The pool area has lots of sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The bar food was good, made fresh and fairly reasonable. Good cocktails too. I hope in the Summer months they will have more staff around the bar to ease the load. The bar staff were amazing, but some days you could see it was too much for one person. You can walk to the beach front in minutes, where you will find a wide range of restaurants. The beach has plenty of sun loungers too. We rented a car from across the road for the day and toured Mallorca. We can confidently say that this hotel location is one of the best, in terms of beach, restaurants and facilties. Taxi to the hotel £13/ €15 euros.

My only problem was the noise. I could hear my neighbour's conversation on the phone early in the morning, and there was also some noise that seems like someone walking with heels upstairs. But apart from that, it was great and I would stay in the hotel again.

Really good hotel, the room itself is very comfortable. The staff upgraded us for a room with a view for the pools, which was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, there so many options to choose from. The location was also very good, the beach is a few minutes walk and there is a small market right in front of the hotel. I was concern because from the map it seems that it is close to the airport, but there was no noise at all from that.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were all very nice, especially Aurelie who could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was awesome. I went as a cyclist and the Hotel had bike facilities that were outstanding - storage, bike stands, excellent set of tools.

Room was very clean and the view from the balcony was also great. Breakfast was just amazing, always freshly cocked food and the amount of different food provided was excellent. Location is good you can see the sea from the balcony and the sea is less than a minute walk from the hotel. The bike rooms in the basement were great!

Better beds with more pillows and a more comfortable couch. The bed was a European king, two full beds put together. This cause a lot of problems for my wife and daughter and the sleep was uncomfortable. Both my wife and daughter fell in the middle a few times during our stay.
