The beds were so uncomfortable Not a "didn't like" but remember to have some euros in cash on arrival to pay the tourist tax. Which can only be paid in cash, in Euros.

Staff very friendly and helpful Room basic but nice, certainly big enough. Kitchen has electric hob, fridge with small freezer section, cups, plates, kettle, toaster. No microwave, no oven. This hotel has all the stuff you need for a typical poolside family holiday- pool, kids pool, baby pool, poolside bar serving drinks and snacks

The property could do with some modernisation as the complex is slightly outdated. Basic amenities would be useful i.e. shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc. however the apartments met our needs considering it is a self catering complex.

Staff were outstanding, particularly reception staff - Valerio! Very accommodating with luggage, buggy etc. Option for late check out was amazing for our late departure.

We were in room 161, facing the road and the noise from the Rebels Scottish Bar across the road was unbearable at times. The pub opened from 6pm and the noise went on some nights to after 3am, we did not get a good sleep during our whole 7 night stay!

We liked the friendly receptionist, he was very helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive without being intrusive.

There are quite a lot of steps at the property. Not a problem, but worth noting. We have a toddler and it was a little strenuous at times. The rooms and decor are quite dated and the kitchen area, although fine, could be better. E.g. there were only two water glasses in our apartment, no spatula, no microwave etc so had to warm milk on the stove. Towels were changed twice during our 6 day stay and although washed, they all had small stains on which was a bit off putting. Would have welcomed a simple shower gel/ shampoo and a daily cleaning service. Air conditioning was an additional charge and was only available in the bedroom. The property was a bit noisy at times due to the entertainer/ host who was often around the pool/ bar area. I'm sure some families would love it but we prefer a little more peace and quiet. Would be better if the bar took card as well as cash. The road we were on was full of bars/ pubs and not the nicest area, however, it's only a short walk to the beach and restaurants etc so wasn't a problem for us. Overall we had a great stay and it was good value.

The front desk staff was there 24/7. They were very friendly and helpful and check in was easy. The pool area was great, our toddler absolutely loved it! Our shower was leaking slightly and was rectified very quickly. The size of the one bed apartment was perfect for us and a cot was provided once requested.

Nearly 100 steps between the reception and my apartment which was a lot to walk multiple times a day. I was on level 1 so thankful I wasn’t higher up

No lift there, if you stay in the 4th or 5th floor, good luck with the stairs. Also the mattress is a really old one, you can have some back pain.

For family with young children is difficult with the stairs. A elevator will be perfect.

I think that charging extra for air conditioning is unfair but that's just my opinion! and to be honest it wasn't great and only in the bed room. Lift out of order & I think it is permanently that way if I am not mistaken. It really needs now to be mentioned on the website that there is NO lift at this stage. I didn't mind but I did see elderly people struggle. Lots of young people staying and to be honest I didn't mind this at all. I had out of 11 nights one night where the noise was off the wall but really they are on holidays too and when spoken to the next day by management it all settled again. The beds though are so hard and to be honest that is the only thing that would stop me from going back there again.

Staff were lovely, on arrival the gentleman even carried my suit case to the apartment for me. I got my safe so easy too. The pool is superb and the area well kept & clean, lots of sun beds for guests staying. The staff and the food at the poolside cafe was just lovely. I have to say Dwane is excellent at his job and kept everyone entertained & kept spirits high. he really is an all rounder & a lovely person. Great with the children too, giving the parents time to chill.

The rule about bringing drinks to the pool, we ate at the pool restaurant and drank lots from there but when we bought a few cold beers fresh m the supermarket across the road the guy was a bit out of order, made us leave the pool area, a bit harsh I thought.

Too many stairs and the walls are thin. The bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was good.

The rooms were clean and serviced every other day, The housekeepers were very nice and the reception staff were nice and helpful. It's very close to the Irish Quarter with really good places to eat and not too far from the beach
