The flat was a little dark, particularly in the bed room. The shower fitting could also do with a bit of attention, however the water was always hot.

The location was excellent. It was central in the old town and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The apartment had the most comfortable bed we have slept in while away from home.

The best thing is the superb location, right in the heart of the old town with a huge range of bars and restaurants very close by. The staff were lovely, our room was quiet and there is a great roof terrace on the top floor with terrific views of Palma Cathedral. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a safe to keep valuables in was also very good.

While room 24 was comfortable it was an internal room and on the small and darker side. The front rooms are brighter, if a little more street noise, which I prefer.

Jennifer and the team were exceptional and so customer focused. They could not have been more helpful, professional, and personable. Oh and views from the roof terrace are fantastic. And location in the centre of the old town was perfect for us. But it all comes back to the great team in Apuntadores 8 they helped create a great experience of Palma.

The room could maybe do with a different layout to accommodate luggage (in our case two suitcases) more easily (by relocating the fridge and safe for example). But this is a small complaint.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was perfect as it was near the Cathedral, the old town and the sea, the room or should I say the apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and was delicious. Even though there were lots of bars and restaurants on our street it was very quiet at night.

Excellent levels of cleanliness in the room and really helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the old town but in a quiet pedestrian street with lots of good restaurants close by - try Bar Dia. Ours (and I think most rooms) had windows overlooking an internal courtyard, so no view, but the benefit of this was there was very little external noise at night. The roof terrace was a real bonus with an excellent view of the cathedral.

Well no pool, no bar but to be fair what can you expect for the money. It was cheap and cheerful but a good jumping off point for everything local.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location to local attractions, bars and restaurants really good. Hotel is very basic but also very clean, a good base and great if you like "shabby chick".

Our room was tight for space, as was the toilet/shower facilities. But then again how much room do you need, particularly considering price. We ordered a double bed, but got two singles pushed together - not the most convenient!!!

Location is excellent - right in the heart of the city, close to the seafront and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Also very close to city bus service and a 10 - 15 minute walk to main train and bus terminal, if you want to tour the island. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower had plenty of hot water and a powerful flow. Fabulous rooftop terrace with great view, particularly of Cathedral.

Our room was overlooking a busy street with busy nightlife and the noise at night was quite loud. The shower could do with a shelf to put our toiletries on.

Friendly staff, everyone was super helpful and that made our stay even more enjoyable. They helped with renting a car and finding solutions whenever necessary. Always smiling and really polite. The beds very really comfortable. Thanks to the system they use it always smelled nice in the lobby. We could reach all the laces on foot or find a quick connection by bus too. It's in the very center of Palma.

Our room was next to a large generator or something and the constant noise was a bit annoying. The beds are obviously new but I personally found them too firm to be comfortable. The room was nice but a little small for a 10 day stay - very little hanging space for clothes for example.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, just near the cathedral and many great bars and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is lovely and would be great in the summer (we travelled in February). The rooms are modern and bright and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Little bit small room. For me - person sensitive on noise was annoying the sound of the pump located on the roof, which worked very often in irregular period at the day and night too. It's only negative thing and the reason of 8/10 overall for hotel.
