The WiFi was acting up one morning and we were unable to access it. A kettle would have been appreciated as well.

This was such an affordable and clean room, with a fantastic location just off the Plaza Mayor. We had not one, but two balconies. The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth and there was also luggage storage for the day. Highly recommended!

Very good location. Walk distance to the main attractions in Salamanca. You have little gardens around to walk your dog. The room was spotless clean. The car parking facility is only a few meters away

Late noise

The location of Hostal was excellent, just a short walk from the plaza and various restaurants. However, the room itself was a bit dated and lacked some amenities advertised online. Overall, it was an average stay due to the room condition and lack of some advertised amenities.

The directions to be able to get to the property. You must take pedestrian roads with your car through the city and the explanation of these directions is not clear.

The location is hard to beat! Right at the Plaza Mayor and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable enough. Theres no “trimmings” but you have what you need to sleep.

Instructions on access near site as Satnav can be misleading.

Staff were very helpful it isn’t easy parking near hotel to unload and book in after a long journey as it’s located in a pedestrian only area shown by the signs but actually you can stop nearby and once contact is made with member of staff access to an underground car park there is possible.

The bathroom after the shower the water was all around the floor. We could hear the noise of the phone’s vibration from the other rooms. But during the night didnt bother us, we slept very good.

The location was the best, friendly staff and also the possibilite to park nearby the hotel.

Upon arrival there was a very strong chemical smell that gave me a horrible headache and made me feel sick to my stomach. I spoke with management (over Whatsapp) and they immediately put a fan in my room. So with opening the skylights and using the fan it became a lot better.The smell dissipated and I was able to sleep vwry well that night. Management was great throughout my stay and would recommend Hotel Conejo to anyone.

The locks on the doors were fairly basic, so I was a bit afraid of theft. The man at the front desk seemed a bit skeptical of having a hiker staying at the place.

Everything was great for a low price, I would consider another spot if spending a lot of money or staying a long time, only because the bathroom is a bit small and very outdated. Beds were comfy, staff was great, and location is top of the line!

There was a bit of debris on the bedroom floor but nothing too bad. Bikes don't fit in the lift (which at check in they told us) but there's stairs to the second floor and it's absolutely fine!

Nice and comfortable bed. The toilet was good too. Beautiful view from the balcony. There's a outside patio which was perfect to keep our bikes safe and give them a little clean up.

For those who find it difficult to sleep, earplugs are recommended, or you should be tired enough to sleep, as the street is a bit noisy. And the corridor door is not fully insulated.

They communicated well after the booking. Easy to find accommodation. No problems at check-in. Location is very good. Clean linen and towels, "old-retro" furniture and equipment. But just right for one night. We arrived by car. There are several parking garages in town. I didn't bother with the "discount" offer, but managed it myself. It was about 2 minutes more walking.

The garage was very tight and spaces hardly big enough I was a little worried coming out as it's steep up to the door.

Very nice comfortable room great to have a balcony as not all rooms have one, good bed, shower over bath not good for people over 70, needs a hand rail. Good glasses in the bathroom was great so we could make a cup of tea whenever we wanted. Good to have a garage on site at a reasonable price 12€ per night.

Because it was so central it was also so loud. I expected some noise from the bars below and they were fine, but each night there were groups sitting directly outside the property shouting and screaming until after 5am. Not the properties fault but something to be aware of.

Great location and clean, although the room was very dated. Nice balcony that opened over the Square.
