Cannot understand why there's no coffee machine or kettle for a cup or tea. Especially in the morning. Surely that's something you can easily include in your facilities. 😠

No bar or restaurant but plenty of cafes nearby. No hand soap - only bath/hair gel at sink.

The hotel requires an advance payment using their online payment link. I understand that it’s hotel policy but still a bit of a hassle.

No Parking - the hotel has an arrangement with a local public car park 10 minutes away at a reduced rate 10.50 Euros for 24 hours, but the car park is horrendously tight with almost no space between cars. I got out without a scratch but wouldn't risk it again. The room was heated by the air conditioning but the remote had been doctored so it was impossible to select 'heating' at any temperature below 23 degrees? Too hot! (January 2024) As such we had to turn it off for the night which made the room cool -an extra blanket would have been useful.

Great location right on the Ramblas with easy walking distance to all major attractions - old town, castle, promenade etc. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My room faced the street, so I expected a lot of street noise but it wasn't too bad. I woke up a few times a night, but it was ok. The walls were really thin, however. I heard the people in the next room all the time. The bed appears to have a memory foam mattress, but it had really sunk down in the middle so it was very uncomfortable. I had to try to sleep on the edges of the mattress.

Unbeatable location right in the middle of everything. There was no breakfast option, but there is a small fridge in the room so I just bought some stuff at a supermarket nearby. Everything in the room (except the mattress) seemed very new, and the a/c unit worked very well. I'd really recommend spending a little more and getting one of the rooms with an outside view, because the cheaper ones only have a window into a central shaft with a lot of noisy a/c units, and it also smells pretty bad there.

Very supportive staff at reception, there are possibility to left baggage for them. Quite big room, all facilities are in good condition.
