Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Location perfect for the beautiful old town. The building itself is a lovely example of the style of houses in that area with old features preserved. Breakfast was excellent value, fresh ingredients, good coffee, fresh orange juice...a perfect Spanish breakfast. There is a secure underground car park about 4-5 minutes walk away and it's very cheap for a 24 hour stay.

The wifi signal in the room was poor.

A nice hotel in the historic center of Alcalá, just a few steps from the house where Cervantes was born. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast seemed to favor quality over a myriad of options which I certainly appreciated.

Noisy patio from the hotel restaurant...but ok after midnight

Centrally located in a quiet street. Upscale atmosphere in a historical building. Ultra clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillow. Cleanliness impeccable. Friendly receptionist. Breakfast tip top : freshly cut fruits, meats and quality cheeses, sweet breads, toasted bocadillo,....

The hotel has an elevator, but there were several steps up and down to reach the room both in the corridor and within the room. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. There was no menu, and the server was harried. She did not explain entirely what was available and brought us minimal breakfast, and then she entirely disappeared.

The place is central, and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Not much. It suited my requirements which were a reasonably priced, no frills, short solo stay to attend a local wedding. The shower water pressure could have been greater.

Smart, clean, olde worlde decor. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in arranging taxis when I needed them and providing the basic but very nice breakfast, especially when I needed an early departure for Madrid. Very central location in the old town and adjacent to popular and reasonably priced bars and restaurants. Room and bed (very comfortable) quite large compared to the average hotel single accommodation place to stay again if ever in Alcala.

The rooms are too tight for 2 people. No jug to make tea. No little fridge to keep anything cold. No phone to call reception.

The staff were fantastic, the strong WIFI, the excellent food in Mesa 12 restaurant on site, great beer as well. Ease at reception to help with anything. Ease of drop off of luggage. Location is fantastic.

It can get a little noisy sometime, after all it is centrally located and full of life. I can't be picky about this place because it is really as it should be.

We really enjoyed our stay during the conference. The staff was absolutely impressive, nice and helpful, English speakers made me feel like any other great place in this world. The breakfast was sensational and the daily menu a delight.

The room was for one person or two. We were 3. So it was a bit small.

We didn't have breakfast at hotel. Because there were very good coffee shops available near the hotel.
